CLINTONS IN TORAH CODES

    The term used for Secretary of State was taken from HaAretz. The spelling for Hilary was taken fro the same news article.  In all of Torah, there was just one ELS of Secretary of State.  Obviously, the United States has had many people fill this position, but what about Hilary Clinton?  The name Clinton was not closely encoded with the position, but Hilary does show up.  It requires a box of 325 letters (highlighted with the orange box on the matrix) to show her with the title, but a match in a matrix this size is to be expected about once in 8 times (p = .117), which is not significant.

     What about if we add Barack?  To see his name at skip -1, we need to add a row.  Probability that he would be at either skip +1 or -1 is about 1 in 3 (p = .2995), and to show him in the larger box, Hilary’s P value is altered to .1257 (even less significant than before).  The chance that both Hilary and Barack would be in a 350 letter matrix with Secretary of State is about one in 26 (p = .038).  We can place President at skip +1 on the matrix by adding the top row shown, but this further decreases the significance of Hilary and Barack.  If you ask about using the name Obama, he can be shown at skip 8 with Secretary of State and Hilary, but it requires an 858 letter matrix of 13 rows and 66 columns.  The second matrix below about her husband and the Monica Lewinsky scandal is more interesting.

     Part of the matrix below was found by Michael Drosnin.  President (at skip +1) touches Clinton at the 5th lowest ELS of the name.  There was about one chance in 27 for a match this close (P = .036). 

      What Drosnin missed here was the entire Monica Lewinsky scandal.  Two letters right of the letter tet in Clinton is the word the Zav (one who spills sperm).  The term that goes through the tet in his name is will be contaminated.  Monica, appropriately enough, hugs, Clinton from the bottom up, touching his name twice with her letters mem  and nun.  What immediately follows the mem (1^st letter) of her name is the eater.  The next word, at skip –1, means censure and it has been said that impeachment is the highest form of censure.  Finally, the entire verse that runs through Clinton’s name discusses the need to clean clothing contaminated by sperm (like the blue dress).  As Clinton appears at a skip (33,720) large enough to span four Torah books, this find might be evidence that the text in use today is the original.  It also raises a lot of questions about the nature of time and free will.  However, as is addressed in my page on Talmud and Names, there may be a tendency for people who have their names at ELS to match some of the fates running through their names, but the fact that multiple fates can run through a name means that there is still free will.  All of the Monica business was only noticed a posteriori (after the fact).  As such, it would be dishonest to offer any statistical significance for it. We can only properly do the math when we specify the exact terms sought before running an experiment.
