According to Dr. Stephen Perrenod (1), PhD, Harvard, Susskind & Maldacena’s ER=EPR discovery (2) could mean that quantum entanglement produces space-time structures. This gave me a lot to wonder about.
It seems that entangled particles might generate a micro-wormhole. Tachyons are hypothetical faster-than-light (FTL, or superluminal) particles. To be real, superluminal particles must always be moving at FTL speed. The laws of physics do not allow anything to be accelerated beyond the speed of light. The problem with this is that, even if they exist, or if any superluminal phenomenon does, it can't be detected, neither can we observe it. We live in a sub-luminal reality, in which everything is either slower than light, or as fast as light. All the existing instruments that scientists can use to detect and observe reality are sub-light tools. Whether it is a telescope, a laser interferometer, a particle accelerator or even a relativistic particle jet, we’re still dealing with sub-luminal tools. But, what if our reality is also held by background superluminal phenomena?
How could we even hope to detect or observe superluminal entities? If they exist, they belong to a faster-than-light reality. To use an analogy, we would require an emulsifier that is able to touch both sub- and super-luminal worlds to interact in some way with the latter.
If entangled particles can really produce micro worm-holes or similar structures, the good news is that scientists are able to entangle particles. Maybe, this could help them to identify a possible superluminal emulsifier.
Wormholes are predicted by general relativity; they are also known as Einstein-Rosen bridges. If real, they would possess interesting properties. Entangled particles seem to be able to interact with each other faster than light. Albert Einstein described this process as "spooky action at a distance". If there is one thing that might be able to open a window to the superluminal realm, I would bet on wormholes. If entangled particles really produce micro-wormholes, we could have something tangible at our disposal to open that window, something that can be touched. Particles belong to our reality, they’re sub-luminal entities. Opening worm-holes would be their problem. All we should do is entangle them.
If wormholes are able to interact with possible superluminal phenomena, maybe the effects of this interaction could redound on the entangled particles. Maybe, their behavior would be affected and produce a pattern, which scientists could interpret to understand what’s going on.
Entangled particles might become tachyon detectors. Different shapes of both static and dynamic tridimensional grids made of entangled particles could be tested. Even different distances and orientations of the entangled pairs could be tried. Maybe, they could even be assembled in different quadridimensional fashions, testing various temporal configurations. For example, scientists could investigate the effects of identical 3D grids, with different pre-established sets of chronological interventions on their assembly and configuration. If Cramer's transactional interpretation of quantum mechanics is correct, the hypothetical micro-wormholes might send us time-reversed clues. However, even in the most optimistic possibility, I bet some kind of natural filter will prevent any exchange that might produce communication with the past, at least at a macroscopic level. The decisions should be pre-established in the past already.
If superluminal particles exist and we could detect them, we could build telescopes to observe the universe at a superluminal level. This would dramatically extend the range of the observable universe, and reveal who knows what surprising features that we can’t even imagine. Not to talk about the possibility to probe the early instants of time!
On the other hand, if superluminal particles or phenomena do not exist, still, if entangled particles produce micro-wormholes, we might use them in other ways. For example, what happens if a gravitational wave passes through a micro-wormhole? How would the entangled particles be affected? If there’s a worm-hole, the entangled particles represent a kind of quantum-portal that is able to push two distant objects or locations close together. In my opinion, we couldn’t send messages (such as light) through this tunnel as the entrances would be occupied by the particles. But gravitational waves are able to pass through matter. Maybe, entangled particles and traditional laser-interferometers could be alternated to produce a gravitational waves magnifier, similarly to what magnifying lens do to light, increasing the sensitivity of the detection by comparing the difference between the effects on the laser interferometers and the effects on the entangled particles.
What would happen to the micro-wormhole and/or to the entangled particles if energy, matter, or gravitational waves pass in between? If anything happens, how would the results be affected by increasing or decreasing the distance between the particles, so that the micro-wormhole would cover “superspatially” a smaller or greater amount of ordinary space-time? If any effect will occur, and if its extent will vary at different distances of entangled particles, maybe it will be possible to determine and/or measure the relationships and interactions between space-time distance of entangled particles (or of wormholes entrances), superspatial connections (the wormholes), and the other phenomena occurring in between. Maybe, by entangling two particles, shooting one of them far away into deep space (or towards a star) at the speed of light, and observing the one that is kept here, it would be possible to probe the universe in different ways.
Would it be possible to test the presence of micro-wormholes by arranging two barriers of entangled particles? Each entangled pair would have one particle in one barrier and the other particle in the other barrier. One barrier would be placed in front of a traditional gravitational waves detector, while the other barrier would be placed far away, besides another traditional gravitational waves detector. When a gravitational wave hits one barrier and is detected by its traditional detector located nearby, theoretically, it should instantaneously pass through the micro-wormholes of the entangled-particles barrier, come out of the other barrier, and hit the other detector. The rest of the wave would hit the other detector slightly later, reaching it naturally at the speed of light. Unless this process would further decrease the size of the wave traveling through the micro-wormholes, making it undetectable by the second detector. As an alternative, if there are other entities that would be able to sneak in the micro-wormholes, maybe they would be easier to detect on the other side. What about neutrinos or photons? Maybe, if the entangled particles are large enough, so is the connecting micro-wormhole, and some sub-atomic particle or quantum could pass through. Would different orientations of the entangled particles making up the barriers produce different effects? How about crystallized lattices? Is it possible that a micro-wormhole forms, or that it is traversable, only if the particles are arranged in a certain fashion?
Dr. Harold White, from the NASA/JSC Advanced Propulsion Physics laboratory (informally known as Eagleworks Laboratories), was able to theoretically optimize the amount of energy needed by a hypothetical Alcubierre warp-drive by modifying the geometry of the ring that would surround a spacecraft. What would happen if the vehicle had two rings around its extremities, and the rings contained entangled particles so that the content of one ring would be entangled to the content of the other one? The spacecraft would be literally surrounded by micro-wormholes. Maybe nothing would happen, or maybe something. It would be interesting to calculate potential effects. Also, this warp-drive is said to require exotic matter or negative energy to work. Could micro-wormholes produced by entangled particles be a suitable replacement? Also, Dr. White proposes ways to configure the warp-drive so to soften the surrounding fabric of space-time and facilitate its manipulation. If the rings contained entangled particles, what would be the effects of hypothetical micro-wormholes on the fabric of space-time if one ring starts to rotate quickly while the other remains still? What if the other rotates contrariwise? Would this soften space-time further?
This is all mere speculation. Maybe wormholes have nothing to do with superluminal particles, as they're just shortcuts through space-time. Maybe tachyons don't even exist. The bottom line is: if entangled particles cause micro-wormholes, scientists are able to produce extreme perturbations in space-time. There must be a way to put them to a good use.

David Roffman's initial response was made without viewing Reference 2 above which is not availble for free online. He just obtained the material on the night of 2/24/2018 and hopefully he'll expand his comments in the near future. But for now, he writes:
See the EPR Paradox. Let a particle with zero spin disintegrate into 2 particles A and B. The two particles have equal but opposite spin, due to spin conservation (think of this as angular momentum). To the best of my understanding the moment the particle disintegrates the two particles created have a net spin of zero, but due to quantum mechanics we cannot know which particle has which spin. If we measure the spin of particle A at a later point in time (it doesn't matter when) then particle B has the opposite spin. An instantaneous collapse of the wave function occurs.
The problem people have is that information is seemingly being conveyed from particle A to B instantaneously. Which implies superluminal speeds, which are not allowed by special relativity. Hence the implication of tachyons or as the man suggests, wormholes to cut the spatial distance between A and B to a realistic value. I don't view the situation that way. My view is simplistic. This is loosely a case of applying conservation of angular momentum to an inelastic collision. Spin[initial] = Spin[A] + Spin[B]. The moment these two particles were created they were assigned the same magnitude of spin, but the "sign" of that spin is unknown until we measure it (due to quantum mechanics). That's all there is to this on my end, at this point in time. See the Bell inequalities, which are a still a topic of debate in the physics community for a more complicated discussion. Bell inequalities concern measurements made by observers on pairs of particles that have interacted and then separated.
I've just glanced through Reference 2. It doesn't mention tachyons, however it has the following negative comment:
3.1 No superluminal signals
At first sight both entanglement and Einstein-Rosen bridges seem like strange violations of locality, but in both cases they do not provide mechanisms for superluminal signal propagation. It is easy to prove that no local operation on one member of a entangled pair can influence the other, before a classical signal can propagate between them.
The situation is the same for Einstein-Rosen bridges. A look at any Penrose diagram of a two-sided black hole easily shows that no signal can propagate through the wormhole from one exterior region to the other.
STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, here the lowest skip of TACHYON TO THE PAST in unwrapped or wrapped Torah (it's wrapped). The most significant a priori key word found was WORMHOLE at skip +1. As is often the case with Torah Codes matrices, there's more than one way to slice the cake here. There is a really impressive open text find (Deuteronomy 29:14) that speaks well of time and the ability of Moses (via God) to look ahead. The verse reads, "Not with you alone do I, but seal the covenant and this imprecation, but with whoever here this day standing with us before the LORD our God, and also with whoever that is not here with us this day." So the verse foresees all the millions of Jews yet to be born. However, I did not think about this verse (though I knew it well) before conducting the experiment, and therefore I can't count it for purposes of any statistical analysis. Moreover, to show the segment highlighted with colors requires a matrix that is 67 columns wide with an area of 1,407 letters. The terms of real interest are devalued greatly in a matrix this size, with WORMHOLE dropping in value from 1 chance in 106 to 1 chance in 7.28. Thus, since the verse was not found a priori, we must bypass it in the calculation.
Although I didn't break it down this way on the spreadsheets, I could have included SKY at skip -1 on the 90-letter calculation. If I did then we would see that SKY had about 1 chance in 25 to be at a special case skip on the 90-letter matrix with TACHYON TO THE PAST and WORMHOLE. That matrix would exist against odds of about 2,701 to 1.
Next, let's consider only the column with TACHYON TO THE PAST and just the words in columns to the right of it (a 189-letter area). That yields a priori terms WORMHOLE, TORAH, SKY, and UFO (deliberately not mentioned in the first paragraph of this article). With respect to TORAH, the name (which means Law) is mentioned or at skip +1 exactly 34 times in Torah. While +1 or open text terms are often sought and preferred in my experimental protocol, when I know ahead of an experiment that they are common I also know that they cheapen the value of a matrix, and therefore to eliminate background noise I look for them only at the other two special case skips (+/- the absolute skip of the axis term). TORAH is found at skips +/- 55,695 exactly 17 times in wrapped Torah (just 6 times in unwrapped Torah).
As for UFO, it's shown at skip -1, and it occurs in Torah at special case skips +/- 1 and +/- 55,695 exactly 159 times. It had about a 9.4% chance to be at a special case skip in the 189-letter matrix, and it increases the significance of that matrix by about one order of magnitude. If I count it, the 189-letter matrix had about one chance in 638,308 to be found. If I don't use it, then the figure has 1 chance in about 60,022 to exist. The latter figure is my preference in this case because of a meeting that I had with a Government agent described elsewhere on this site. If the matrix was not produced by God, then I think it's more likely to be the product of an AI (Artificial Intelligence) program that will be written at some point in the future. However, without reaching for parallel universes to explain away the many obvious causality problems involved with this hypothesis, I'm not convinced that the entire Torah (or any part of it) is the product of humans (or aliens). Rather, I believe that just as man has copied how birds fly to come up with our own flying machines, man will (and in a sense, possibly has) come up with a way to transmit signals into the past or from the future into our time.
FIGURE 2 - TOP AND BOTTOM. Figure 2 below is based on DARK MATTER as an axis term. I sought this term because I wasn't seeing a lot of encouragement about experimental efforts to find tachyons. When I can't solve a problem by using in the box methods, I think out of the box. The normal box us one of our universe being based on atoms and molecules plus other particles and energy. But in the real universe relying on matter alone to find what could generate tachyons is like reading a book when a book when you can only read about 1 word in 21. Only 4.6% to 4.9% of our universe is made of atoms. Currently 23% to 26.8% of our universe is dark matter, and supposedly 13.7 billion years ago that figure was around 63%. Exactly what is dark matter? We don't know. Dark energy forms another 72% of our universe today, but at least one source indicates that it wasn't around 13.7 billion years ago. We'll return to what research indicates about dark matter and dark energy later. But I could not find an ELS of dark energy. I found plenty for DARK MATTER (which is only 7 letters in Hebrew) The ELS shown in Figure 2 (top and bottom) is based on the 75th lowest skip of DARK MATTER. It took me a while to find it because I was insisting on the presence of both WORMHOLE and TACHYON at special case skips. I succeeded in find both on the top matrix in Figure 2. The bottom matrix on Figure 2 shows what happens if we shift our attention to the right of the axis term rather to the left as was done in the top matrix. This results in us seeing TO THE PAST at the same absolute skip as as DARK MATTER. On both top and bottom matrices for Figure 2 WORMHOLE crosses DARK MATTER, sharing a letter vav with it in a 35-letter box. If this match would have occurred with lowest skip of DARK MATTER it would have been found against odds of about 272 to 1. But it was only found at the 75th lowest skip, so we divide the previous figure by 75 and find that it was found only against odds of about 3.65 to 1. However the left matrix also includes TACHYON at skip -1. Now are talking about a 768-letter matrix. Before factoring in the ELS rank it looked like the matrix existed against odds of about 5,129 to 1 (which is significant), but the ELS rank of 75 was too high. Unless we can find other a priori terms close by, the matrix exists against odds of about 5.3 to 1 which is not significant.
I promised to look more at this matrix and although I had to use snooping, which is not an a priori technique that allows me to calculate a probability for, I did find something that correlates well to current scientific beliefs. In direct sequence with DARK MATTER is TO BE KILLED. Thus we have a 13-letter ELS that say DARK MATTER is TO BE KILLED. It is crossed by WORMHOLE and TACHYON is on the matrix. Since dark matter has died off from about 63% down to about 23% of the matter in the universe the question is what is killing it? And what does it turn into when it's dead? From looking at the charts on the matrix it appears that a lot of it becomes dark energy, which we don't exactly understand, but recent research by A. E. Allahverdyan and V. G. Gurzadyan (Phys. Rev. E 93, 052125 – Published 13 May 2016) suggests that dark energy may cause the arrow of time to move forward. However, note that atoms have also decreased from 12% of the mass of the universe down to about 4.6%. There's lots of room here for tachyons to be created, but were they? I'll leave it to my son and other physicists to answer that question.
For now let it be said that the 9-letter axis term TACHYON TO THE PAST produced much more statistically significant results in conjunction with WORMHOLE. This doesn't mean that dark matter or dark energy isn't involved. The top matrix on Figure 2 suggests what could be a very productive line of research. Still, for now, we are looking for how signals were sent back in time for the Torah. Yes, it could be that God exists outside of time (which He created), but that doesn't explain exactly what happened in my meeting at the Cape Canaveral library on August 1, 2016. As such, I will continue to focus both on our DoD R&D folks, and on God as He is revealed through the Torah.
REACHING OUT TO THE U.S. MILITARY AND TO GOD.
If I reach out to the U.S. military to consider our research, both in the Codes, and in the future into the physics of signal transmission across time, it's because it would take a budget like that of DoD to accomplish it. Here I must caution my friends in R&D in the military:
1) The Chinese, Russians and others read my site often. This dance that you and I have been having for the past two years would be more productive if we could agree to a formal relationship that would shut out hostiles seeking a way to bring us down, or even write us out of history.
2) Even if we assume that God did indeed write the Torah, if it ever gets out that man can send signals into the past it will wipe out much of our religious beliefs. There are indeed falsely canonized scriptures out there that have served as causes of dissention and war. The clash of civilizations between Islam and Christianity could easily lead to World War 3. However, any effort to toss out the Torah would be like throwing out the baby with the bathwater. Here and only here do we find the Code, and here is the basis of Western Law. Unless it can be proven that the Torah will be written by a future AI, perhaps in a parallel universe, and then transmitted back in time to jump start Judaism, we need to exert maximum caution lest we unleash utter chaos on the world (which, is already in chaos). There is an argument about whether or not Dostoevsky wrote, "If God does not exist, everything is permitted." But whoever said or wrote it first, an attack on the Authorship of the Torah, whether by insertion of a human, computer or alien author in place of God, is an inherently dangerous action. However, here as a Jew, I will address my remarks to God Himself: You have promised to hide You Face (Deuteronomy 31:18):
At that time I will hide my face from them on account of all the evil they commit by worshiping other gods
Congratulations. You have hidden it well, and long enough to have us grow out of graven images and idols, and into issues dealing with aliens, AI, and time travel. But You have hidden it too long. The time has come to come out of hiding - to tell us which books to keep, and which to toss aside. If You are indeed our Father, You need to start acting like One. You need to help us rebuild the Temple, and You need to occupy it in such manner as to convince us that You are not really just an alien life form or the product of a computer program.
