Now, I will point out that you cited the wrong ocean where that MAY have happened. It was the Indian Ocean, not the Pacific. Odds against this matrix were about 198 to 1. While you focus on what you want to, you need to look at the spreadsheets for the probability calculations I do for the matrices. It is the spreadsheet where you should focus your attention! I will point out that the pilots were both Muslim and they clearly flew their plane in the wrong direction for over 7 hours. If they crashed their plane into the ocean on purpose, I'd call that terrorism, but as of tonight there is no wreckage recovered yet to prove that's what happened. Until they have it, then like Israel, I would not rule out the chance that the aircraft is intact and in Muslim hands.
