MOST VOTERS & TORAH CODE SAY BIDEN ISN'T IN CONTROL

      The disaster forecast by President Trump, Fox News, myself and others has come true. America has elected an obviously senile communist to the presidency and he is destroying America just as fast as he can. A majority of Americans (56.5%) now realize that someone other than Biden is dictating "his" policy and handing it to him for him to stumble through on note cards when he attempts to read it. Whether the real president is Harris, Putin, Xi, an alien, or a Nazi in the Deep State/Fourth Reich is still open for debate. My bet is on the Fourth Reich, but whoever it is won't permit this country to survive. We can't trust the FBI after they succeeded in using false evidence about Russian collusion to remove President Trump from office. Nor can we trust the CIA who under President Barack HUSSEIN Obama chose an admitted communist, John Brennan (who voted for communist Gus Hall for President in 1976). My only hope is that the large readership that I have in the American military intelligence community includes patriots who are willing to take whatever actions are necessary to free our nation, but this hope may be naive'. With one exception from Fort Huachuca in 2016, they never communicate with me directly. At best, I can only follow which of my article they are reading and then guess why the yare there or what they are trying to get me to do in reaction to what they see. But Fort Huachuca controls my web site host (Freeservers.com) and its statistics. The number of readers that I see on one statistics report doesn't match what I see elsewhere in my site. In general the first one checked is only 10% of what is on a second report. In short, they are playing mind games with me.

Figure 1 is indicative of a second type of matrix where the axis term is not a name of a person or an event but rather a concept. Of course there are more people on Earth who are NOT IN CONTROL of their Government than poor, senile Joe Biden; and the statistical value given for the matrix is not extraordinarily high with the normal method I used to calculate it, but there is an alternative method of calculation that focuses on how close the a priori key words are to the axis term rather how significant they are on a full matrix with all terms shown. It is shown as the second spreadsheet below. The first spreadsheet plugs the total area of the matrix into each cell of column F, so the value of each cell is 1,015 letters. On the second matrix thte smallest value used for a cell in Column F is 32 because it only takes 32 letters to match BARACK with NOT IN CONTROL. The highest value is 456 letters which are needed to show JOSEPH with NOT IN CONTROL. In the past when there was one fantastic match on a matrix I often singled out how significant that match, but I haven't emphasized how much having several outstanding terms can affect the Intel value of a matrix. If I were to deliver a military brief on the matrix I would roughly explain why I thought the matrix was more significant than the normal statistical value, but I had no way to formalize the discussion. While I don't expect to use the new modification very often I will use it as required, especially when re-evaluating key matrices of military concern published in the past.

       How much of a difference does this new matrix column make in the statistics generated? For the 8 a priori terms evaluating the combined odds against each term being evaluated went from 4,094 to 1 against up to 22,324,500,000 to 1. While the final odds range is enormous when comparing the two spreadsheets, the change in individual odds is nowhere close to as great. This is made clear on Table 1 below:

       I would be remiss if I didn't discuss the issue of interpretation. When we consider the axis term NOT IN CONTROL and then look for BIDEN we are looking for confirmation of what the majority of the public suspects to be true. Only one man is legally expected to be in control of our nation - Biden. He is strongly allied with Obama and Obama's Director of the CIA - Brennan. Sadly Brennan's acts and words are more in tune with a with a Communist Intelligence Agency than a Central Intelligence Agency. But the same line with BIDEN encoded through NOT IN CONTROL also has BARACK and BRENNAN. They are no longer supposed to be in control of the nation or the CIA. While it's possible that we are simply being told that they are not in power now, it's also possible that the Encoder decided to not only tell us that Biden is only pretending to be President, but He also wanted us to see nearby who really is calling the shots - Barack Obama and John Brennan.

       I'll be honest with you. I would rather have found OBAMA at a special case skip than BARACK. However in this case we have NOT IN CONTROL at the same absolute skip as PRESIDENT USA. Also at the same absolute skip are UFO and REICH. Again the question must be asked. Is the (Fourth Reich and UFOs not in control or are they present at the same absolute skip because they are in control?
