BIDEN CALLS FOR CUOMO TO RESIGN. HE DOES ON 8/10/2021.

ANDREW CUOMO is encoded twice with GOVERNOR - once at skip +1 and once at the skip of ANDREW CUOMO. He is a single man, but is acting like every woman he meets is a SEXUAL bimbo that he owns. He seems unaware of simple laws of etiquette that exist almost everywhere on Earth. Further, the press is full of stories of rotten financial/MONEY deals. In them he was involved with killing thousands of uninfected patients by sending COVID-19 infected-people to their nursing homes. Specifically on May 26, 2020 David Sirota of the Guardian reports that

As Governor Andrew Cuomo faced a spirited challenge in his bid to win New York’s 2018 Democratic primary, his political apparatus got a last-minute boost: a powerful healthcare industry group suddenly poured more than $1m into a Democratic committee backing his campaign.

Less than a year after that flood of cash from the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA), Cuomo signed legislation last month quietly shielding hospital and nursing home executives from the threat of lawsuits stemming from the coronavirus outbreak. The provision, inserted into an annual budget bill by Cuomo’s aides, created one of the nation’s most explicit immunity protections for healthcare industry officials.

       The problem with the above combination of terms is with the words SEXUAL and RAPIST.  In the full 696-letter matrix SEXUAL has about a 14% chance to be there. As for RAPIST no charge of rape has yet been leveled at Cuomo but there is one charge of forcing a kiss on a woman who didn't want it. Given at least three charges of sexual harassment this is a term worth retaining for now. I calculate that the odds against finding these terms in 696 letters with ANDREW CUOMO are about 18,526,788 to 1. The odds against having the two special case skip finds GOVERNOR are about 107 to 1. As the matrix is based around the lowest skip of ANDREW CUOMO it is clear that at a minimum the matrix shows that the Torah Code clearly predicted that he would be elected Governor. If I expanded the matrix down to include an area a bit over 1,300 letters there is a finding of Albany (the capital of New York State) at skip +1, but the expansion is not statistically justified.

       Note: There are three encodings of ANDREW CUOMO in Torah. The name is found at skips -8,160 (which is shown on the matrix), skip -53,909 and skip +140,903. There were no significant matches for forms of IMPEACHMENT.  On Figure 1 there is a match shown for RESIGNER, but it was not at a special case skip and I had about a 32% chance to find this word. I saw no interesting matches for disgrace, nor for forms of kiss or kissing. It seemed like Cuomo wanted to fight even after Biden asked him to resign. FIGHT was at skip +1 against odds of about 12.67 to 1. But at 11:45 EDT on 8/10/2021 he resigned when it was clear that the votes were there to impeach. The Hebrew year of the resignation (5781/2021) is on the matrix, but not at a special case skip.

CUOMO AND KISSING - IS IT IMPEACHABLE? While the American press and liberal extremists of America are ready to hang Dr. Seuss and the Muppets for infringement of new moral laws, they are fine with homosexual acts even though the Bible mentions capital punishment for these crimes. Today's sick society is set on making everything illegal - legal, and everything legal - illegal. The Democrats generally want to make Biblical teaching on any issue illegal. But let us consider the following story about Jacob and Rachel:

When Jacob saw his cousin Rachel arrive at the well with his uncle's sheep, he became very bold and emotional. Without apparently saying anything to Rachel, Jacob immediately watered her flock of sheep (Genesis 29:10). Now he kisses his cousin and starts crying loudly! Jacob seems to have been overcome with joy that he had so quickly found his family upon arriving in the region, as well as making contact with a woman who could be a potential wife. Isaac had sent him to marry one of Laban's daughters, after all (Genesis). 28:1–2).

Jacob's joyful response is similar to that of Abraham's servant upon realizing that the young woman he had found at a well as a potential wife for Isaac was also a close relative of Abraham (Genesis 24:22–27).

To kiss a relative would not necessarily have been seen as a romantic gesture in this era. It may, however, have seemed strange to do without first identifying oneself as a relative, especially when bursting into tears immediately afterwards. We would assume Rachel was confused.

       The word RAPIST is the second lowest significance term found on Figure 1. It is only three letters long. It does share its middle letter with ANDREW CUOMO but it's not at a special case skip. As of August 10, 2021 Cuomo has not yet been accused of it. Rape leaves permanent harm behind. Unless a kiss leaves a disease like COVID-19 behind, it does little harm (except when it has an adulterous character to it and may lead to a divorce).  Bottom line: I do not think the real impeachable issue are the kisses or flirting with women. Cuomo is a single (divorced) man. If it is fair to impeach him then it's also likely OK to lockup all Italian men who pinch the rear ends of beautiful women in Italy.

IS GRABBING BUTTS IN ITALY LEGAL?

 “In 2001, the Italian Supreme Court ruled a man grabbing a woman’s ass was not sexual harassment as long as the act was not premeditated. (Does ‘premeditated’ mean the defense team must prove the man sat at home for three weeks and planned exactly how he was going to pinch the buttocks?)”

I wanted to verify if this was true, so I conducted some research to get to, shall we say, the bottom of the matter. Indeed, I found that a court in Rome did rule in January of 2001 that it was not a crime for a man to pinch or touch a woman’s bottom provided it was “a sudden or isolated action.” In this case, a supervisor patted a female co-worker and then threatened to hinder her career if the incident were reported. She sued and won. The boss’s “hands-on” approach initially resulted in an 18-month prison sentence. Yet a higher court ruled in his favor, as the incident occurred “only once and impulsively.” Judges also ruled there was no proof the gesture was sexual.

But before you rush online to buy your ticket to Italy, I should warn that Italy’s High Court in Rome overturned the ruling in July of 2003. The panel of judges said: “Fondling buttocks unquestionably constitutes a sexual act because the perpetrator commits a substantive and concrete intrusion into the victim’s sexual sphere. Such acts, albeit superficial, amount to assault.”

So the bottom line is, no intrusion in someone’s sphere (or should that be spheres?).

      PERVERTER was found against odds of about 6.2 to 1. However, while his behavior in trying to seduce young women was to play strip poker with him, this not what the Torah calls perversion. Leviticus 18:22 states, "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination." The next verse states, "And you shall not lie with any animal and so make yourself unclean with it, neither shall any woman give herself to an animal to lie with it: it is perversion." Cuomo did not (as far as we know) do anything like this although Cuomo has been strongly pro-gay marriage which is Torah calls a perversion (Leviticus 18:22).

        While Cuomo's sexual history is disturbing, from a Biblical point of view it it is probably not cause to remove him from office. Of much greater concern is that he played a direct role in killing 15,000 nursing home patients. The New York Daily News declare that "Nursing home cash flooded Cuomo coffers." There is reference on Figure 1 to finding CASH and the word GUILTY is at skip +1 so I suspect that if he is found guilty of a crime worthy of removing him from office it will be tied in with taking cash that resulted in mass murder.

IMPEACHMENT? I looked for impeachment (hey alef shin mem hey) in conjunction with this spelling of ANDREW CUOMO. The two terms are encoded together in a matrix measuring 9 columns by 20 rows (180-letter area) with impeachment at skip +16,318. However the main matrix is only 12 rows high so I would have to add 8 rows to show IMPEACHMENT. This would increase the matrix area from 696 letters up to 1,130 letters. As such it woud decrease the overall value of the matrix by too much which is why I don't show it. However, there is, according to the news, there was a good chance that Cuomo will be impeached. In fact, even after he resigned he could still be impeached. In fact if he is not impeached he would be allowed to run for office in New York again.
