CHINESE WAR - A PREVIEW

       The superiority of U.S. aircraft carriers like the Ronald Reagen over Chinese junk like the Liaoning is made clear on Table 1 below which is based on this video.

       The major significance of the Liaoning Matrix shown on Figure 3 (and with accompanying maps at http://arkcode.com/images/big_brother_threat.png) is not yet so much in what is seen as what technology was used to produce it. I'm not just talking about CodeFinder. The story here is that I first found the seven ELSs of LIAONING. At that time I altered a normal procedure of doing a routine check of IP addresses of recent visitors.

       Normally I access an IP Tracker at ip=tracker.org but my shortcut automatically takes me to https://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lookup.php?ip=70.215.135.225. The last digits play a role in linking into a reverse IP address that is used by the UK MOD (Ministry of Defense). That address (minus a 2) is 25.135.215.70. The map for the initial IP address does not show where I live in Florida - rather it shows nearby Cocoa Beach. If I just link straight to IP Tracker I also get a Florida address (97.103.164.25) that is close to my home, but the reverse IP of 25.164.103.97 is again the UK MOD. On the other hand if I just lop off the 9 and use an IP of 9.103.164.25 I get the DOD Network Information Center. That's OK. I started this research to help DOD intelligence, and the Brits are welcome here as well if it’s OK with DOD – but that’s not yet confirmed.

       The problem with Figure 3 is with the lookup at IPtrackeronline.com. When I hit that link it correctly shows Cape Canaveral but the address on my shortcuts goes to IP 124.6.102.66. That address is in LIAONING Province, China. Its reverse address (minus a 6 that was at the end of 124.6.102.66) is 6.102.6.124. That address is the U.S. Army Base at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Games like this I play all day long with my military friends there. There are all kinds of clever messages that they can transmit with IP addresses. Often the street name is significant, but I don't want to play games all day. HOWEVER, what interests me with the game played here is this - When I just started to search for LIAONING matrices on CodeFinder, but I had not yet posted anything about Liaoning, DOD was able to see what was on my desktop screen, and quickly post the Liaoning map with a reverse IP that allowed me to trace the action to Fort Huachuca. Either that, or they anticipated that eventually I would look up the ship and then they posted the link that would take me to the province that the ship is named after. That's clever, but they would do better to stop testing me and help me join Space Force Intelligence.

      Now before going on about the rest of this matrix, I want to comment about the terms GENERAL and MILLEY. There was about an 11.5% chance to find GENERAL in the open text on the matrix, but it was essentially certain that I would find the 4-letter spelling of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff MILLEY at a non-special case skip on the matrix. MILLEY is again shown on Figure 5, but again not at a special case skip, and this time without his title. This means that his name held no statistical significance in either matrix and that means that we are unlikely to get into an all-out shooting war with China while he occupies his current office. In line with that on November 14, 2020 General Milley stated, "“We need to continue to engage with China.” He added, “China is a strategic competitor to be sure, [but] it doesn’t necessarily mean that China becomes an adversary in the military sense of the word, or an enemy. But having said that, it’s important that the United States, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and other friends and allies in the region remain unified.” As for a general's name, without hints of who to look for, I'd need Project Creator Decoder funded to be able to sort through not only the names of U.S. generals, but (harder) a list of Chinese generals too. 

FIGURE 3: WILL WE SINK THE LIAONING? While an ET virus may have caused the COVID-19 plague, I have no doubt that China chose to use it as a plug-in virus of opportunity for a biological attack on the United States and others. They killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people. As such I would have no problem with sinking the Liaoning to help bring down the Communist Chinese Government if given the choice. However, while Liaoning occurs at an ELS seven times in wrapped Torah, and while Figure 3 is the best matrix I've found so far for it, I wouldn't recommend putting the murderers on the seafloor based on this matrix alone. The word SUNKEN is neither very close to LIAONING, nor is it at a special case skip. It had over a 75% to be on the matrix. Figure 3 at best shows that the current undeclared WAR began as a PLAGUE. But, as the comparison of the LIAONING with the REAGEN above showed, it's not a serious threat to our nuclear aircraft carriers although Chinese nuclear weapons are such a threat. That threat is encoded in a much more serious manner on Figure 4.

FIGURE 4 - WILL MICHELLE OBAMA BE PRESIDENT WHEN A NUCLEAR WAR STARTS?  Probably. Here I have a message for Level 3 Communications. As you know, I published an article entitled HISTORY WILL SHOW THAT WORLD WAR 3 BEGAN ON JULY 14, 2015 (when the Iran Nuclear Accord went into effect). You were quite interested in it. In fact you stayed in the article for 8,189 seconds the first time, and then again for a continuous 61,256,402 seconds. The total equals 709 days. We're still here so what happened? Well, Barack gave Iran the money and time to finish building nukes or to buy them from North Korea. Trump thankfully pulled out of the Iran Nuclear Accord but only after Iran got enough money to buy plenty of North Korean nukes that probably made their way to Iran via a train that crossed the North Korean - Russian border. See my Atomic Train article. Pelosi did all in her power to try to remove a strong President Trump from office via a bloodless coup attempt, run largely by the likes of Obama’s Communist CIA Director John Brennan (who voted for Communst Gus Hall for President in 1976 just before Brennan joined the CIA - also see the matrix with Brennan as a Russian spy). Iran and North Korea are now armed for the war, but perhaps waiting for China to finish taking down America. For that the finishing touch would be Michelle Obama for President. Senile Biden, while locked in his basement, has offered her the vice presidency. If she accepts the offer, she can wait for him to be removed from office for being incompetent, or to die naturally or from an arranged case of COVID-19, or she can wait for his promised one term only to run out and then she'll be awarded with the 2024 nomination. Sooner or later, those who vote Democrat will almost certainly bring us the Figure 4 fate - unless my friends in Intel here and in the UK work to prevent it. Odds against Figure 4 were about 288,012 to 1.

FIGURE 5 - A FINANCIAL WAR WITH CHINA. China has utterly failed to reign in Kim Jong Un with respect to his nuclear weapons, Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, or nuclear threats to America. On May 23, 2020 FoxNews.com reported on a meeting that centered on Kim's first public appearance in three weeks.  “Set forth at the meeting were new policies for further increasing the nuclear war deterrence of the country and putting the strategic armed forces on a high alert operation,” the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said, according to Reuters. It’s increasingly possible that President Trump may have to ramp up economic/financial war with China to help control the situation, but the pandemic weakened his hand to do so.  On the matrix below WAR is in the open text. The axis term (CHINA FINANCIAL) is at the same skip as U.S.A.  Surprisingly it’s not Trump who is at the same skip as CHINA FINANCIAL and U.S.A. It’s OBAMA. Barack Obama gave $151.7 billion of OUR MONEY (seen in the open text) to Iran, but they are North Korea’s ally, and this money (along with China) funds not only Iran’s weapons program, but Kim Jong Un's too. As for OBAMA, the name may refer to a future President Michelle Obama as with Figure 4, but her first name did not match the axis term unless I expanded the matrix two columns to the left. KIM touches CHINA FINANCIAL. WAR is two columns right of U.S.A. BUSH who also failed to stop Korea's nuclear weapons program is at skip -1. MILLEY is at skip -2 centered and two rows under OUR MONEY, but his name is not statistically significant which again suggests that  he will be be a driving force in this war.  

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 5. The most significant term on the full matrix is OBAMA which is at a special case skip against odds of about 155 to 1. On the full matrix WAR and U.S.A. are each there at a special case skip against odds of about 9 to 1. On the small matrix with a light blue background those odds are about 29.0 to 1, but we lose OBAMA. Use the odds against the full matrix, about 53,700 to 1.The matrix suggests that there will be a financial war between the U.S. and China and that a President Obama will be involved. Special case skips were seen for Michelle and Barack but both required expansion of the matrix by more than is worth the effort. Odds against the smaller matrix were only about 1,333 to 1. When President Trump came into office he quickly learned that Presidents BUSH and OBAMA  did nothing to prepare us for a pandemic or an economic war. As such, it will be very hard for the U.S. to win a financial war against them  until, at least, we are not dependent on them for most of our pharmaceuticals like antibiotics and so much more.
