999 Economic Plan or 999 Women? Going...going...gone.

When I first heard about Herman Cain running for the Republican nomination, I thought that it was highly unlike for an African American to win the nomination while another African American held the White House. But when he began to lead in the polls I thought that I might be wrong, though his 999 plan didn't appear to make any sense at all. Then came accusations of sexual harassment, and finally the claim that he had an adulterous affair going on for 13 years. The first matrix below based on the lowest ELS of HERMAN CAIN has PRESIDENT at skip + 1. Odds against a match this good were 50 to 1. It appeared to paint him as a leader in the Republican field. But the second matrix on this page more accurately describes his fate. 

READINESS, ACCUSATIONS OF SEXUAL MISCONDUCT AND WITHDRAWAL. 
     The second set of matrices (below) looks at the issue of charges that he sexually harassed several women and also had an adulterous affair. On both the axis term, HERMAN CAIN, is at the 9th lowest ELS. Mr. Cain seems to like the number 9 so much that most people didn't know much about him at first except that he had a Nine Nine Nine plan. On the right matrix the first a-priori term on this matrix is ADULTERY. It appeared against odds of about 231 to 1. ACCUSATION (three 5-letter synonyms were sought) appeared against odds of about 30 to 1. The combined odds, when downgraded by a factor of 9 to account for the ELS rank of 9 for his name, indicated that the matrix exists against odds of about 779 to 1. It is thus statistically significant. The open text phrase YOU WILL AFFLICT MY DAUGHTERS, while descriptive of sexual harassment, was found a-posteriori, and as such is not incorporated into the statistical calculation. The matrix on the left has one a-priori key word,WITHDREW at skip +1. However, there were many other synonyms checked (withdraw, withdrawal, suspended, etc.). WITHDREW had about 1 chance in 10 to be in the 84 letters with HERMAN CAIN. Note: Herman Cain at skip 5,531 (ELS rank 8) also appears in another small matrix (55-letters) with withdrew at skip +1. 
    For a while I thought that perhaps the nominee would pick Cain as his running mate, but ever since listening to Cain being interviewed on the O'Reilly show on Fox on June 9, 2011, and in several debates since then, I've come to see that he's not ready for high office. When asked about how to fix the economy, he could only propose cutting taxes on big business. When asked about how to stop Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, his sole idea was to cut the price of oil. If that took too long, he was ready to accept Iran with the bomb. One such bomb could destroy the U.S. if detonated 300 miles above Kansas - see my page about an EMP Attack. New Gingrich wrote the foreword of the book discussed at the EMP link. In a recent interview, Cain appeared to forget what his position was about Libya. On November 29, 2011, Cain said he was, in view of all the sexual charges, "re-evaluating" his campaign. On December 3, 2011, he basically WITHDREW from the race. 
       If Cain ever sees the second set of matrices, he might want to say that the Code was stacked against him. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Code indicates that he had a good shot at the nomination, but it also indicates his player image. The Code allows for free will. He made his choice, and he's lucky if his wife stays with him.
