WARNING SENT FROM THE FUTURE?

When I began to put this article up I warned that I might take it down if the U.S. Government made a request for me to do so, or it might be taken down by the Government without my permission. At the end of the article I indicated that they have my permission to take it down. While I have not given them my password, Mysite.com has absolutely no security in the slot where passwords are changed, and the site indicates this shortcoming every time that I change my password. I have found both the U.S. and Russian Governments access material on my sites many times that was not meant for public consumption. Several times I have indicated concern about this article falling into Russian hands. While my records do not yet indicate that the Russians have seen the article, I do see that it was accessed by China and by Kazakhstan. Table 3 below indicates how often the Kremlin has accessed my (or my son's) sites between June 7, 2017 and July 9, 2017. With the (unrequested) help of Larry Taylor who has linked his site to the article it has enjoyed much greater readership than most of my articles get. Thanks Larry... but, the more I think about I what I discovered about time, the more I have to believe that leaving the article fully intact is a little like posting instructions for exactly how to build a nuclear weapon. As such, I have decided to remove the most sensitive parts of this article here, and post it elsewhere so I can have better control over who sees it.

I think it’s important to avoid transmitting the last name of the man (Joe) that I encountered at the Cape Canaveral library in 2016. For those who might believe that I have clear access to the future, let me assure them that it isn't so. Thus I've never won the lotto. The Torah Codes, in general, gives me at best a rough picture of what might occur, but it is very fuzzy. As for Joe, at best he may have been asked to interview me based on new technology, but from the look of his car, he also has likely never won a lottery. If he contacted me per Government instructions it is certain that he would NOT be permitted to have direct access to technology that could be used for personal gain. Therefore he would be unable to respond to an infinite number of requests to help get warning signals back to people who would be killed by accident, or by design as with 9-11. Such technology, if it does or will exist, would likely be restricted to preventing Extinction Level Events. Having stated this, knowing that the original article has been read by the Department of Defense agencies that I wanted to see it (especially the DoD site that accessed my site today, hiding as - of all things - NASA Ames!), I will leave as much of the original article as I can below, redacting it as seems prudent.

       I know that many of my fans are religious Christians or, like me, Orthodox Jews. However many are from the military or NASA. My original purpose for starting 20 years of Torah Codes research was to determine if the Code is real or an illusion due to poor search protocols. While I soon focused on clues about the location of the Ark of the Covenant, the thrust of most of my matrices relate to whether the Code has data that can be used for contingency planning by the U.S. military. During an interview by the History Channel in 2004 I was asked about who wrote the Code. In my answer (at 2:59 to 3:50 of Part 3 of the show) I discussed three possible sources – (1) God (my belief), (2) aliens from the future (Michael Drosnin’s choice in his book entitled The Bible Code, or (3) a human from the future. Clearly the Author somehow managed to transfer information from the future to the past when the Torah was first transcribed. Due to a disturbing incident that took place in August, 2016 this article will examine the third possibility. If DoD wants me to cease and desist as I write the article, or remove it after it’s complete they should politely request me to do so.  While Figure 1 focused on FUTURE WARNING as the original term sought here, Figure 2 - the second matrix I've found with an axis term of SIGNAL FROM FUTURE  is a breakgrough. It is about an incident described below that may have actually been based on a signal from the future. Frankly I'd like to hear from DoD before I see the Kremlin pop up in my list of readers for this article (see Table 3 later to get an idea about how they follow our research).

THE INCIDENT LEADING TO FIGURES 1 AND SPECTACULAR FIGURE 2

       On August 1, 2016 I drove my son’s car from my home in Cape Canaveral, Florida to Wells Fargo to pay my mortgage, and then went on to the Cape Canaveral Public Library to return at least one book, and check out another. When I parked there was no other vehicle anywhere nearby. I was inside for not more than 5 minutes. When I came out a man had parked his car 2 spaces left of mine. He was not coming inside the library, but was in fact standing to the right of his car, essentially blocking access to the vehicle that I was using. He seemed to be waiting for me (see the location on Figure 2).

        As is usually the case, I was dressed with a ball cap that reads U.S. Coast Guard Retired and Proudly Served. I was also wearing a navy colored shirt with the name of one of the ten Navy ships or two Coast Guard ships that I served on in my 34 years of active and reserve military duty.

         The gentleman (Joseph) promptly thanked me for my service. This actually happens almost whenever I go out dressed that way. I asked him if he was in too, and he said he was during the Vietnam War, so I thanked him for his service. That might have been the end of the incident, except that once I start taking to a vet I generally start swapping sea stories or the like.

       In short order the conversation turned to my Mars and Codes research. But Joe wanted to talk about nanotechnology and about artificial intelligence (AI). And that was when I began to think that there was something odd about what he was describing – because in my hand I was carrying the book that I had just checked out – Slant by Greg Bear. On the inside jacket of the book the second paragraph reads as follows:

       In the sixth decade of the 21^st century the world has been transformed by two things. Nanotechnology has been perfected, giving humans the ability to change their environment and themselves down to the cellular level. And the study of the mind has brought a revolution in both human psychotherapy and artificial intelligence.

       Only when I heard about his interests did I raise the book and show him that I had just selected a book about what he was concerned about.

       We discussed the future dangers inherent in abuse of both types of technology. Eventually, when I began to search for Figure 1 I settled on FUTURE WARNING as in ideal axis term based on what we had discussed. But I also looked for the words ARTIFICIAL and INTELLIGENCE. A word that means fake or ARTIFICIAL touches FUTURE WARNING and it also touches INTELLIGENCE twice. INTELLIGENCE also touches FUTURE WARNING. But there was far more to the incident (which went on for about a half hour) than I’ve just described, and what there was also relates to the matrix as well as to my son’s physics PhD thesis (Resonant Surface Scattering on Nanowires) and to his current post-doctoral research into AI at Yale Medical School.

             Joseph made sure to tell me his full name twice, spelling it for me as X-X-X-X-O (the name is redacted here) the second time which was wise because I didn't quite get it right the first time. I initially though there was a letter H after the letter S. JOSEPH is on Figure 1 (and Figure 2) in the open text. However, because of the sensitivity of the issues discussed, I thought that the name was possibly bogus until I found Figure 2.  While I gave him my card, which reads LT Barry S. Roffman, USCG-Retired, Martian Meteorology Research along with included images of Mars as well as my phone numbers and web sites, he did not have a card for me. With respect to my card, he asked me if he could keep it. Frankly I found that a bit odd. His reaction to the card was almost akin to what would be expected if I were handing him a historical document.  He also indicated that he had an interest in meteorology.

       Joe indicated that he lived near the NSA in Maryland, but he claimed not to work for them although Army Intel might be a possibility. Again, probably the strangest thing about the incident was that he seemed to know of the book that I had just checked out.  On Figure 1 the word BOOK at skip +1 crosses and shares the letter peh with his name. The Hebrew word for BEAR, the author of the book was also at skip +1 three lines below and in the same columns as BOOK. BOOK is also at skip +1 on Figure 2.

        Why do I think he might have been Army Intel? We discussed an article that I had up about Hillary Clinton and Edward Snowden. The artwork included an image of Clinton with the question Wanted for president?  Next to it was a photo of Snowden with the words Wanted for treason? I part ways with many in our Intelligence community here. I think Hillary was guilty of treason for how she handled e-mail and should be imprisoned for it. I think Snowden was a hero and brought about much needed reform in how the NSA treats our citizens. There is another article about him at President Snowden? He is reshaping our law even now.

              So how does all this relate to Joseph (Joe)? One of the first readers for the Clinton/Snowden story had an IP address for the Lincoln Technical Institute. Their street address is 9325 Snowden River Parkway, Columbia, Maryland. The reverse IP address for them is at Fort Huachuca, an Army Intel base in Arizona. I mentioned this to Joe, but I mispronounced the name of the fort - calling it HU-A-CHU-CA. He corrected me, telling me that HUA was one syllable. I asked him how he knew and he informed me that he was based there for three years. I told him that some of the IP addresses of my readers came up on the South Lawn of the White House, but I assumed that was just a generic point on the Google map for Washington. He immediately informed me that the South Lawn was where Marine One, the President's helicopter landed. Again I asked him about how he knew that and he claimed to work with the chopper at the White House for four years! As for Fort Huachuca, they visit here so often that I have an article up about them on this site entitled Fort Huachuca, Spies, MARS, and a Little Martian Humor. In fact, I see that the fort has visited this article several times while I've been writing it. Joe is mentioned on the Fort Huachuca article just cited, but the transliteration of his last name on that article is not as good as that on Figure 1 (which is the second best spelling) or Figure 2 (which is the best spelling).

       The conversation (or interview, if that was what it was) was not all entirely friendly. At one point he heard about how I was challenging NASA. I told him that I had published the names of scientists from the U.S., Netherlands, Canada, Belgium, (West) Germany, Taiwan, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Scotland, France, Sweden as well as from the Soviet Union and its Warsaw Pact ally Poland who had met in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan at the Third International Conference of Nondestructive Testing in March, 1960. I have seen evidence (presented and discussed elsewhere on this site) that this group was apparently trying to figure out how to counter the technology that was recovered at the Roswell Incident. It was at this point that Joe told me he had heard about someone like me who had has computer impounded by the Government who then loaded child pornography on it. They then prosecuted him for the porno. Joe said the man never owned a computer again.

       My response was not friendly. Joe said he was a Catholic. I told him about what I did to the Catholic Church after they baptized my older son against his will, and against mine. I forced them to change their doctrine and annul the baptism. Think I'm kidding? The annulment letter from Archbishop McCarthy of Miami is at http://arkcode.com/images/annument_letter.png and the press coverage in the Miami Herald is at http://arkcode.com/photo4_85.html. The press made it sound like they did me a favor. Actually, they gave me what I wanted because I was suing them for six million dollars, and they knew I would win. See the Release from Liability.  Note: the boy in question went on to earn an MIT geophysics degree, but despite initial orders to Space Command, he entered the Air Force as an Orthodox rabbi in the chaplain corps. My point in bringing up the custody battle was that I'm a bad guy to piss off and I don't back off from a fight. That was the low point in the discussion, but it improved a lot from there - perhaps when we discussed the potential misuse of nanotechnology and/or AI. We spoke about people who claim that AI is a threat to human survival. Examples:

(1) ELON MUSK. In October, 2014, at MIT the SpaceX owner said, “I think we should be very careful about artificial intelligence. If I had to guess at what our biggest existential threat is, it’s probably that. He went on to say “With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon. In all those stories where there’s the guy with the pentagram and the holy water, it’s like – yeah, he’s sure he can control the demon. Doesn’t work out.”

(2) STEPHEN HAWKING. The professor said, "The primitive forms of artificial intelligence we already have, have proved very useful, but I think the development of full artificial intelligence could spell the end of the human race. Once humans develop artificial intelligence it would take off on its own and design itself on an ever increasing rate. "Humans, who are limited by slow biological evolution, couldn't compete and would be superseded."

(3) BILL GATES. Humans should be worried about the threat posed by artificial Intelligence, Bill Gates has said. The Microsoft founder said he didn't understand people who were not troubled by the possibility that AI could grow too strong for people to control.

        It's also possible that the conversation took a friendlier turn when I emphasized that David would like to work for DoD, and be willing to sign a nondisclosure letter. Of course he is, like me, already fully aware of what is going on behind the scenes, but he isn't as combative in nature as I am. For David to sign such a letter he would either have to have a commission or a high paying DoD job. A commission would imply a medical waiver for troublesome eye floaters that he has. These require him to always wear sun glasses except when in very low light levels. Full cooperation would also require my consent, but since I'm a retired military officer that's not a show stopper unless I judge the operation to be inherently evil. In defining what is evil please keep in mind that from my point of view, I judge matters by Modern Orthodox Jewish, Conservative Republican points of view that are mixed with pragmatism and a healthy dose of skepticism based on what I know about Roswell.

       When my encounter with Joe ended I asked him to contact me if he had any questions. At first he said he wouldn't, but then he changed his mind and said he might. As I drove away I noticed that his car had Maryland plates. He did not, while in my view, leave the area in the space next to the right of his car. He certainly did not make any attempt that I could see to enter the library. Based on that my son and I have had discussions about the relative difficulty of moving a signal back in time vs. opening a wormhole large enough for a person. On this issue, physics aside, I would point out that the axis term on Figures 2 and 3 is SIGNAL FROM FUTURE (not PERSON from future).

        Here I want to make a few things clear about what happened when I checked out Slant by Greg Bear. On June 30, 2017 I went back to the library to look for the book and check on records there pertaining to when I read it and what its circulation looked like since they acquired it. Initially I couldn't recall the book's name or author. I only remembered the gray cover, but I quickly found it in the science fiction section. Oddly, the librarian told me that the book had not been checked out since March, 2016 - 5 months before I read it. And it had only been checked out 8 times since they bought it in 2009. Could I have been wrong about when I read it? No. After my encounter with Joe I remember considering taking my son's car into the shop for an oil change with the real intention of looking under it to see if a tracking device had been attached that allowed Joe to follow me to the library. I only had the car back from Gainesville, Florida for a few weeks since David finished his doctorate, and I felt like an oil change was due anyway. However I didn't go for the change because I believed that if I was being tracked it would more likely have been via my cell phone. However, when I went back to the library on June 30, 2017, it was in search of a more out-of-the-box solution to the question of how Joe knew when and where to find me and, perhaps, what I would be reading. At 2:57 pm on July 5, 2017. I wrote, "I will pause for a day or two - on this part of the article to give DoD some time to react to what I've written. Well, that was before I found Figure 2 which really speaks for itself. If we are not dealing with an actual time traveller, we are almost certainly dealing with a meeting set up due to a signal sent back from the future. Before looking at the significance of Figure 2, first let me briefly address Figure 1.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, here the 3rd lowest ELS of WARNING FROM FUTURE. Although the final odds make this matrix seem very significant, I don't place it in the league of Figure 2 because Figure 1 requires a row split of 2 to reveal both JOSEPH and Joseph's last name.  JOSEPH had about 1 chance in 2.46 to be on the matrix, and his last name was found against odds of about 14.9 to 1 (Figure 2 is where the names really shine). On Figure 1 the term in the open text that crosses and shares the first letter (ayin) with WARNING FROM FUTURE is translated as soothsayer. It is actually clouds, but most Bible translations render the section as talking about soothsayers and diviners. Although this term was not sought a priori, when I find a term in the open text that is equivalent of the meaning of the axis term, I break from my usual protocol to seek how likely it was to be there. There was only chance in 173 to have it on the 880-letter matrix. Obviously it was far less likely to share the first letter with WARNING FROM FUTURE. TIME and INTELLIGENCE are both at the same absolute skip as the axis term. Odds against this were about 11 to 1 for TIME and 5.76 to 1 for INTELLIGENCE. The only other phrase of great interest was YOUR SEED LIKE THE STARS OF HEAVEN. This was sought because of the obvious threat of overpopulation. It was found against odds of about 58 to 1. Total odds against the matrix were about 101,840,161 to 1, but I think it's wiser to focus on individual term significance than on total combined value.

       Our planet is quickly reaching its carrying capacity. There is reason to fear that when it is reached an artificial intelligence may decide that Earth is better off without us. These fears are discussed later in this article with in conjunction with warnings by Elon Musk, Stephen Hawking and Bill Gates. Perhaps Joseph wanted to warn David about the threat to ensure that one day he would program the necessary precautions to prevent such an outcome. While David is currently using AI programs to predict cancer risk, AI is also making it harder for him to find work with companyies like Northrup Grumman. Electronic applications want to screen him out because it has been more than a year since graduating with his B.S. in space physics, but when he applies based on his PhD in physics, they want 3 to 5 years of experience - leaving him with nobody to talk to about a job.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 2. Again, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, here the 4th lowest ELS of SIGNAL FROM FUTURE. Before factoring in the ELS Rank, the most signfficant a priori term was Joseph's last name with its best spelling and at skip +1. You'll notice that I am trying to not spell out the name in a way that would be picked up by search engines. That's because I want to preserve some measure of privacy for Joe, and because his ultimate motives for meeting me are not yet clear.  Oddly, if he is privy to a signal from the future, but is not assigned the job of terminating me, he likely knows the date of my death. That's something I don't want to know - unless it's preventable. Joes last name was found at skip +1 against odds of about 747 to 1. His first name was found in the open text against odds of about 12 to 1. JOSEPH is discussed 180 times in Torah, but the odds I have given for both names do not include more value for the fact that JOSEPH is directly above last name. G. BEAR was found at skip +1 against odds of about 320 to 1. Finally, the real mystery that day was about why or how Joseph was able to describes issues that were covered in the Bear's book. The word for BOOK is also at skip +1 on the small, 136-letter matrix. After factoring ELS Rank 4 of SIGNAL FROM FUTURE, the matrix was found against combined odds of about 17,126,824 to 1.

       It's not unusual for me to see such significant odds. If I didn't find them frequently I wouldn't have spent 20 years doing Codes research. But I've never before encountered a matrix so significant in conjunction with an extraordinary personal event like this - one that seems to offer huge clues into the origin or purpose of the Code and the nature of time.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 3.  Again no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here SIGNAL FROM FUTURE at its 7th lowest skip in wrapped Torah. The primary a priori word sought was JERUSALEM. In the Hebrew text of the Tenach (what Christians call the Old Testament) JERUSALEM occurs 664 times at skip +1 with the 6-letter spelling found on the matrix, and another 5 times with the modern 7-letter spelling. I sought both spellings on the matrix. Note that in the Torah, Jerusalem is never found at skips +1 or -1. So the only other special case skips to seek are those at the absolute skip of the axis term. SIGNAL FROM FUTURE is at skip +49,842. There is only one ELS of JERUSALEM at that absolute skip in Torah. After factoring in ELS Rank 7 of SIGNAL FROM FUTURE there was only one chance in 1,814 to find JERUSALEM in a 24-letter box with the axis term - really less - one chance in 2,721 because there were only 16 letters left to find Jerusalem after the column with SIGNAL FROM FUTURE is eliminated from consideration because its 8 letters conflict with JERUSALEM. Odds against finding JERUSALEM at a special case skip somewhere on the full 442-letter matrix were about 690 to 1. This is why I was shocked to see JERUSALEM so close to SIGNAL FROM FUTURE. But the other a priori key words were also quite significant. Before factoring in the axis term ELS rank of 7, UFO was found at skip +1 againsts odds of about 58 to 1, THE TEMPLE and MOUNT SINAI were each found at skip +1 against odds of about 43.6 to 1 and one of three synonyms sought ofTHE ALIEN was found at a special case skip against odds of about 12 to 1. As for the UFO shown over Temple Mount, videos and worthwhile commentary are found at http://nationalufocenter.com/2014/01/are-the-videos-taken-over-jerusalem-real-or-fake/. In all, odds against Figure 3 occurring by chance alone were about 132,500,832 to 1. As such, the matrix again raises fundamental theological questions of the highest nature. Figure 2, found on July 6, 2017, not only greatly reinforces my concerns, but really removes all doubt that the concerns are valid. As such, if DoD decides to attack my site (or better, requests that I pull the articles down) I will not object and will comply. I just ask them to leave the rest of my work undisturbed and, if they want my cooperation I would ask them to restore my long-expired security clearannce and provide SIPRENET access at either Patrick AFB or at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Now, back to Torah issues:          

       I was just about to start a time experiment article with the opening statement that for a long time I have noticed that about two tenths of a second after I write words, they are heard on TV. While watching the PBS News Hour on April 1, 2016, as I started to write for a long time the words were then broadcast on the show. On June 9, 2015 I was curious about how often this phenomenon occurred, and I started keeping records. Keep in mind that I don't write during the Jewish Sabbath or High Holidays. Normally on other days I turn on my computer about 9 am, and write until at least midnight, taking time out to shower, dress, pray, eat my meals, swim a half mile, and shop when necessary.  Tables 1 and 2 under TIME EXPERIMENT at the end of this article show records of my results between June 9, 2015 and June 9, 2016.  It was then temporarily suspended, and resumed again on June 22, 2016 stopping on September 4, 2016 and resuming again on June 26, 2017. Table 2 shows how the words were spaced with respect to time of day between June 9, 2016 and September 5, 2016. I don't record names like Obama or Trump that are constantly on TV, and often the focus of my articles. Are the results below significant? To answer this properly, I need a control group - composed of other prolific writers who note how often they experience the phenomenon. The background noise should be Fox News.

       Wikipedia states, “As with other forms of extrasensory perception, there is no evidence that precognition is a real ability possessed by anyone.^[5][6][7][8]” Of course, this position dismisses the possibility of prophecy. I’m not a prophet, but there might be something of interest going on here that doesn’t violate the laws of nature. Wikipedia argues that, “Precognition would violate the principle that an effect cannot occur before its cause.^[10] There are established biases affecting human memory and judgment of probability that sometimes create convincing but false impressions of precognition.”

       Obviously, you are reading my article (and my request for help from prolific writers with an interest in time) on ArkCode.com, a Torah Codes website that examines the issue of whether Torah Code matrices are based on Divine creation, alien manipulation of the Torah text, signals from humans or a human in the future, questionable scientific protocols, or outright deception. The words shown on Tables 1 and 2 are not as impressive as the matrices (like Figures 2 and 3 above) found on my site, but they have aroused my curiosity.

       Now, a few words are called for before exploring a more radical solution. In my home we have a TV in the living room, and another two in the bedrooms. The TVs are of different make and the cable boxes are not the same type. Often we notice a delay of sound (and visual image) on one set compared to the other. The TV in the back bedroom only has cable, with no box (it gets fewer channels than our other TVs). The delay in sound signal from the TV in the living room to that in the back bedroom causes an echo sound effect. The delay in signal reception is somewhat like what happens when I start to write a word or words and then hear it or them on TV. However, my head is not a TV receiver (although, when I was young and in the Navy serving on the aircraft carrier KITTY HAWK in 1970, I was able to hear the SPS-10 surface search radar whenever it swept by my head - with definite noise like zzzzzzz playing on the metal filings in my mouth).

       To a certain extent, this article is written for the benefit of my son, David, who earned his PhD in solid state/material physics by the summer of 2016. When David was younger he wanted to create a time machine, or at least come up with a way to send a signal back in time. By the time he had reached the doctoral candidate status, and had all required physics course behind him, but he thought his original desire to be impossible. In looking at the library incident, and in particular at Figure 2 above, now he's not so sure. If he comes up with a way to overcome the problems that he has seen as obstacles, and can find a way to send signals back (and get them into my head), then I hope to pick them up via extensions/updates of Tables 1 and 2. As for what I found on Figures 2 and 3 above, I'm not comfortable with what they seem to imply, but I don't get to choose what's found at an ELS in Torah. I only get to comment on what I find, and try to analyze what's statistically significant and what is not.

USE AND MISUSE OF THE TERM ELOHIM. There are obviously many problems with the Biblical version of Creation that arise as early as at the third word of Torah. The Torah begins with Bereshit (in the beginning) bara (created) Elohim (God) et Hashamayin (the heavens) v et haaretz (and the earth). Elohim ends with the letters yud mem. This is normally a plural ending. However the verb bara is singular. Jews use the verb to justify our understanding that there is One Deity who is not at all divided. Christians overlook the verb and start their arguement for the Trinity with the plural ending in Elohim. However, Elohim does not always mean God. For example, The noun elohim is used with a plural verb in 1 Samuel 28:13. The witch of Endor told Saul that she saw "gods" (elohim) ascending (olim עֹלִים, plural verb) out of the earth. Problems with the proper understanding of Elohim are manifest with the International Raëlian Movement which has been described as “the largest UFO religion in the world.”^[7] Raëlians believe that scientifically advanced extraterrestrials, known as the Elohim, created life on Earth through genetic engineering, and that a combination of human cloning and “mind transfer” can ultimately provide eternal life. Figure 4B asks us to rid ourselves of "alien gods" (although the letter mem is left off).

       The issue of why God allows misleading or unclear texts in Torah, whether in open text or in encoded text, is a difficult one, but one highly relevant to Figure 4B. In Genesis 1:26 we read:

And God said, "Let us  make man in Our image, after Our likeness.

       Here I will quote from the commentary in the Stone Edition of The Chumash.

When Moses wrote the Torah and came to this verse (let us make) which is plural and implies that there is more than one Creator, he said: "Sovereign of the Universe! Why do you furnish a pretext for heretics to maintain that there is a plurality of divinities?" "Write!" God replied. "Whoever wishes to err will err...instead let them learn from their Creator Who Created all, yet when he came to create Man, He took counsel with ministering angels." (Midrash). Thus God taught that one should always consult others before embarking upon new initiatives, and He was not deterred by the possibility that some might choose a sacrilegious implication in the verse. The implication of God's response, "Whoever wishes to err," is that one who sincerely seeks the truth will see it; one who looks for an excuse to blaspheme will find it.

       That warning should be kept in mind with respect to Figure 3. The matrix could be used to argue that the miracles of Torah are due to a scientist or alien from the future who sent a signal back to Moses. With respect to the alien possibility, see Figures 4A and 4B. Figure 4A has ROSWELL UFO as an axis term that is close to DO NOT SET UP AN ALIEN MAN OVER YOU, while  Figure 3B has as a (short) axis term SAUCER that intersects RID THYSELF OF THE ALIEN GODS. However, the issue of human input in the future transmitting a signal back is still of interest, even if it doesn't explain how the Torah was written. Frankly, the Torah and Torah Code are so complex and beautiful - as with the story of Joseph (Jacob's son - not my friend at the library)  that even with time signal transmission equipment, I doubt that any human or computer could combine both. However there is the matter of Moore's Law (really, more of an observation than a law) which states that the number of transistors in a dense integrated circuit doubles approximately every two years, and how it would affect the the capabilities of artificial intelligence in a future supercomputer. It seems ironic that Figure is encoded over the story of Joseph.  I don't see how the story could maintain its great impact if it had to accommodate a tremendous number of unrelated ELS terms, but although he is new to the field of artificial intelligence, my son David disagrees. And while the story brings tear to my eyes every year when we read it in Torah, it only serves to remind David that his half-brother is no closer to him than Joseph's half-brothers were to him.

TIME ISSUES - FUTURE AND PAST TENSE IN BIBLICAL HEBREW. As for time and tenses in Hebrew, an odd feature of Hebrew that often appears in Torah is that as Shlomo Karni (retired Professor of Electrical Engineering and Religious Studies at University of New Mexico) wrote in books, “A unique usage of the ‘vav’ occurs in Biblical literature: Prefixed to a verb in the past tense, it converts the verb into the future, and vice versa: Before a verb in the future tense, it converts it into the past. This ‘vav’ is called in Hebrew ‘the inversion vav’. In English, it is known as ‘vav consecutive’, or ‘the vav marking the past/future’ (the latter name is by the Academy of The Hebrew Language in Jerusalem).

DOES THE BIBLE PROVIDE FOR ALTERNATE TIME LINES AND HAS THE TORAH CODE ALREADY ALTERED THE TIMELINE?

       God asked Jonah to warn Nineveh it would be destroyed, but the city repented and was spared.  In Deuteronomy 28:1-13, God laid out 13 verses of blessings if Israel obeyed His laws, but in Deuteronomy 28:15-68 fours times as many curses if we would not (i.e., the Holocaust).  If there was only one set future, He would have simply told us what our future would be. Instead, two futures were clearly described.  Likewise, the Torah Code often has multiple fates cross an individual’s name.  This often mirrors the open text.  In fact, as discussed later, there may be parallel universes where are all text prophecies and encodings are real.  If the scientists are right about this bizarre theory, God has all the bases covered.  We just have to discover which ball park (universe) and time line hosts our particular game.

HAVE MICHAEL DROSNIN OR NETANYAHU ALTERED TIME LINES?

       In 1999 when during my first expedition, I met with Egyptian Govenment officials at their embassy in Tel Aviv, and at their North Sinai Government office in El Arish, I was not the first person to attempt to alter a time line.  Drosnin tried and failed when he warned Prime Minister Rabin on September 1, 1994 that the only time Yitzhak Rabin came up in the Bible, “Assassin will assassinate crosses your name in the Code”  (see Figure 5 below).  Rabin told him that he wasn’t a mystic, blew off the warning, and was assassinated as the Code predicted. But Drosnin claims that Netanyahu was given a similar warning about an assassination attempt in Amman, Jordan. This is shown on Figure 6 below. Here is what I wrote about it in 2009:

     Drosnin then warned the father of Benjamin Netanyahu of his son’s impending assassination in Amman, Jordan on Tish B’Av (July 25^th, 1996).  The Code said Netanyahu would be there that day, and he was indeed scheduled to travel there that day.  Netanyahu then cancelled his trip.  Dr. Rips thereafter found the word delayed immediately above and touching the phrase “July to Amman” which was two letters left of the conditional axis letters for Prime Minister Netanyahu.

     When Drosnin’s first predicted year for an atomic holocaust in the Middle East passed peacefully on September 13, 1996, the last day of the Hebrew year 5756, he states on page 159 of his first book that, “One last word, and I’m out of the fortune-telling business.”  He then adds, “On several occasions I have seen things happen as predicted, but not when predicted.  I urge you to remain alert to what is almost certainly a real danger.”

     One of Drosnin’s plots has another will die, Av (a Hebrew month), Prime Minister.   The phrase another will die, Av, Prime Minister was obviously found a-posteriori.  It appears one row above and 13 columns right of the conditional axis words “the next war.”   On the bottom figure. Prime Minister Netanyahu intersects the phrase Surely he will be killed and touches the phrase His soul was cut off.

       So what happened?  Was the Code wrong?  Did it not happen because of Torah Codes-based intervention?  Or is the above “prophecy” one that was delayed by the Barak and Sharon elections, but one that will be fulfilled during a future term for Netanyahu that may start after elections in February 2009? (UPDATE NOTE: It is, as I add this, July 8, 2017. Netanyahu is still both alive and in power).   My gut feeling is that if the Code is real, and if we can at all control our destinies, a war was prevented or at least put off because of the Drosnin/Rips Torah Codes intervention.  Netanyahu elected to use the excuse that King Hussein had a cold so the trip could be postponed.  This set up a new time line at that point.  The concept was well portrayed in the television series called Sliders. Yet, with the passage of time it is becoming more apparent that Israelis will recycle Netanyahu the way they have previous prime ministers and he will serve again.  In short, it’s too soon to tell. (2017 UPDATE NOTE: As was stated above, this prediction came true).

TIME SIGNAL EXPERIMENT.

       I As I wrote above, I was just about to start a time experiment article with the opening statement that for a long time I have noticed that about two tenths of a second after I write words, they are heard on TV. While watching the PBS News Hour on April 1, 2016, as I started to write for a long time the words were then broadcast on the show. On June 9, 2015 I was curious about how often this phenomenon occurred, and I started keeping records.  Table 1 below is the record of my results between June 9, 2015 and September 5, 2016. It was then temporarily suspended, and resumed again on June 22, 2016 stopping on September 4, 2016 and resuming again on June 26, 2017. Table 2 shows how the words were spaced with respect to time of day between June 9, 2016 and September 5, 2016. I don't record names like Obama or Trump that are constantly on TV, and often the focus of my articles. Are the results below significant? To answer this properly, I need a control group - composed of other prolific writers who note how often they experience the phenomenon. 

PRACTICAL AND ETHICAL ISSUES RELATING TO SENDING SIGNALS (OR MORE) THROUGH TIME. One of my favorite films is The Final Countdown (see trailor here). In it the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Nimitz sails through a wormhole and finds itself confronting the Japanese fleet just before it attacks Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Often, when I taught science, my students would ask me about what I would do if I had to make a decision about interference in such a situation. While to some it may seem obvious that we should thwart the attack if possible, such an act could lead to our immediate annihilation. Why? Only after the United States was attacked did we declare war against Japan. And only after we declared war on Japan did Germany, Japan’s ally, declare war on the United States. Finally, only after Germany declared war on us did we declare war on them.

     Therefore, if Japan did not attack Pearly Harbor, we would not have declared war on Germany in 1941. If we were not in World War 2 it is unlikely that Germany would have been defeated when it was in 1945. That means Germany would have had more time to complete its A9 and A10 rockets which could have hit New York. They were also working on nuclear weapons. Had they paired these weapons they could easily have defeated the United States and murdered all American Jews. That would have included my parents, thus thwarting the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor might have been synonymous with thwarting my birth in 1947.

     To my friends in DoD, as of this moment tonight (11:25 pm Eastern time on July 9, 2017) the Kremlin has not yet read this aticle. If you are going to act it would better to talk to me or take this article down before they access it. I see many DoD sites here (about 30) but I don't see the level of coordination that is required fast. I don't like to put sensitive matters like this out in public, but since I am no longer in uniform I don't know how else I can reach our decision makers (note: although I'm now 70, I am willing to return to active duty in necessary).        With Figure 2 I feel like 20 years of research has come to a head. Since December, 2016 NASA Ames has been at my ArkCode.Com site on average many times every day. While they know well and follow what I write about Mars at marscorrect.com and Davidaroffman.com, the focus on Arkcode through multiple IP addresses - often zeroing in on articles that deal with time - seems to imply that understanding the Torah Code has been a Government priority. Often I have volunteered to teach a course or seminar about the Code at the Defenses Language Institute Foreign Language Center in Monterey, California. While I never got a reply, from my records of what Ames has visited I can assume that at least one person there has been fully trained based on what they have studied in my methodology. I have recorded at least 324 visits by Ames to my two sites and my son's site since October, 2013, and I'm certain that I missed many more. Other NASA sites visit here too. I also note a predictable Codes visitation pattern between DoD and MIT. That's fine, but we should really coordinate controlled studies.

        Does Figure 2 mean that a human from the future wrote or will write the Code? No, but it may indicate that we will have the ability to send signals into the past. That may imply that there are members of DoD today who have the ability to receive such signals. I would think that if such ability exists or will exist there would probably be a Prime Directive not unlike that in Star Trek movies. In fact, the Star Trek movies included a Temporal Prime Directive. Here is how Wikipedia sums it up:

Temporal Prime Directive

The Temporal Prime Directive is intended to prevent a time traveler (from the past or future) from interfering in the natural development of a timeline. The TPD was formally created by the 29th century, and was enforced through an agency of Starfleet called the Temporal Integrity Commission, which monitored and restricted deviations from the natural flow of history.^[14] However, several Star Trek: Voyager episodes specifically make references to the Temporal Prime Directive that suggest that it applies in the 24th century.

The directive is regarded as "inviolable", and any Starfleet officer responding to a question regarding their prior actions with words to the effect of "I cannot reply due to the Temporal Prime Directive" would not normally be subject to censure, as long as some form of temporal instability had been sensed, however slight the signs.

As 31st century time traveler Daniels revealed to Captain Jonathan Archer in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Cold Front", as time travel technology became practical, the Temporal Accords were established sometime significantly before the 31st century, to allow the use of time travel for the purposes of studying history, while prohibiting the use of it to alter history. Some factions rejected the Accords, leading to the Temporal Cold War that served as a recurring storyline during the first three seasons of that series.

PREVIOUSLY ON 7/10/2017 I WROTE: I cannot be certain that Joseph had access to signals from the future, but I suspect he did. Again, I don't know if he gave me his correct name, however it's possible that he gave me a name that he knew would pair up with SIGNAL FROM FUTURE.  But why would he or whoever he worked for go to this trouble? Why risk putting his name out if it was his real name? Perhaps there is a fate waiting for us that is so horriblle that interference in our time is necessary. Joseph seemed to know about me, but the topics he brought up (nanotechnology and artificial intelligence) are subjects where my son, David is the expert. David isn't happy about how hard it is to translate his physics PhD into a real job after he finishes his post doc at Yale. He isn't happy about the fact that our Government reads his site every day, but offers him no job. On July 10, 2017 it was Maxwell Air Force Base looking at David's stint at CERN in 2013. They have often viewed his cv/ resume' and many of his technical articles. But, so far, they don't hire him. If they in fact need his skills to help thwart some future criisis then they should bring him on board and let him get started ASAP. If not then he may take his skills to Israel. They will manufacture the Patriot missiles that President Trump wants to sell to Poland. Israel will also make much of America's missile defense to thwart North Korean rockets, assuming that we don't go to war with Kim Jong Un first. But I think that David can do the most for America by remaining here. I hope DoD will agree.

UPDATE OF 19 OCTOBER 2017. David has finished his post doc at Yale and he has found a high paying job not far from our home in Cape Canaveral, Florida. While the job is not a DoD job and while we are not sure, we have reason to suspect that DoD played a role. We continue to find them reading David's site almost every day.
