A Matter of Loyalties and Agendas

On the very much edited interview of me that was shown on the History Channel’s show, Bible Code II, Apocalypse and Beyond; I was asked about who wrote the Bible Code. Elsewhere on the show I emphasized that the Bible Code was not yet proven to exist because extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence – like an Ark find via encoded maps. But to this question I answered with three possibilities (aliens - mentioned in Michael Drosnin's best selling book - The Bible Code, a human time traveler from the future, and God). I came down solidly on the side of the Third One. Yet a top figure in the UFO community contacted me, and expressed an interest in pursuing Drosnin’s idea of alien authorship. While, as a scientist, I have been open to seeing what, if anything, the Codes had to say about this matter, let me make clear that the Answer appears to be expressed most closely in the following matrices which pair (1) Roswell UFO with Do not set up an alien man over you; and (2) Saucer with Rid thyself of thy alien gods. The first matrix also mentions the area of Baal Zephon – closely associated throughout this web site and in my Ark Code book with where I believe the Ark to be.

This does not mean that I do not believe in UFOs. I saw one on May 22, 1957 (on my 10th birthday), and in my 60 years of life I have heard and seen enough evidence to be convinced that they are real. There was once even a chance that those involved in a massive coverup would attempt to use my History Channel statement and Ark Code book to help them through some potential public revelation of the alien existence and/or threat. However after about eleven months of contact with these people, they now understand that even if such a public revelation occurs, my position will remain that humanity should remain loyal to God alone.

We must not follow - and should (if ever necessary) physically oppose - any attempt to substitute alien authorship of the Torah for Divine authorship, or One World Government (with or without alien control) for the rights of sovereign nations to exist. Having said this, let me also emphasize that Torah boils down to one simple principle (with the natural exceptions of self and national defense) first summed up by Rabbi Hillel - Do not do to anyone else what you would not want done to yourself. Further, national sovereignty requires uncorrupted government and individual responsibility in protecting the rights of citizens, and managing national resources in ways that do not endanger global ecosystems.

Finally, there has been an effort made by CodeFinder software producer (Kevin Acres) to match Roswell with related terms in the New Testament (see http://www.research-systems.com/codes/roswell.htm). At least two matches (one with Roswell at minimum ELS with Aliens at skip 2, and another with Roswell at second lowest ELS crossed by Celestial bodies) are of particular interest. However, while Torah Codes matches seen so far are in the nature of warnings about straying from God, New Testament matches lack such warnings and are easier for UFO enthusiasts to exploit. The King James Version of today is NOT the King James Version of 1611!  Dr. Jeffrey Satinover, in his book CRACKING THE BIBLE CODE (page 53) notes that, for example, from 1611 to 1912, in Isaiah 40:1-2, there are the following differences: "The original contains 199 letters, the newer 195: a 2 percent decrease in letter count. Between the two versions there are 12 letter-level variations (additions and replacements), which represents a full 6 percent of the letters. These vary the spelling of 10 words, fully one quarter (25 percent) of the passage." If so many changes can occur in only two verses, it's obvious that the King James Version can not be depended upon to reveal any ancient ELS encoding. However, for changes that have been made in more modern times, there is a possibility that such changes could have been made to support an agenda that is not God's - thus the warning originally encoded in the Torah. There is a tradition of encoding in Torah. There is not one for the New Testament. We would do best to heed the original warnings.
