CLARK MCCLELLAND

     Clark McClelland was assigned to the cockpit of the Space Shuttle missions as a Spacecraft Operator (ScO - Ground Test Astronaut).  He had a top secret clearance at the Kennedy Space Center, and allegedly witnessed several UFO-related events.  His position has been confirmed by astronaut Edgar Mitchell, the 6th man to walk on the moon. In 1992 Clark lost his job (and retirement) after 34 years of service there some three months after claiming to see (on a 27-inch TV monitor) an 8 to 9-foot tall alien in the cargo bay one of our space shuttles.  He also claimed to see an alien craft behind the shuttle.  I first interviewed him on December 7, 2008, and I have maintained frequent e-mail contact with him since.  He believes that our true technological abilities are about 50 years further along than the general public knows.  It should be noted that the craft shown behind the shuttle seems to resemble a modified B-2 stealth bomber, and thus may represent advanced human rather than alien technology (see the comparative pictures below) and my page about the Onion Drive).

     Clark states that his focus was more on the tall figure than on the visiting craft, however the visiting craft bares a great resemblance to a B-2 bomber.  Nick Cook (who served as Aviation Editor of Jane's Defense Weekly) , in his book, THE HUNT FOR ZERO POINT, mentions on page 128 that Bill Scott, an Aviation Week editor, had been contacted by engineers who blew the whistle on such a program. Two of them complained that their civil rights had been abused.   That is, to this day, Clark McClelland's chief complaint.

     If we are to believe Nick Cook, propulsion systems involving antigravity may also involve distortions in the Space-Time continuum.  Cook often implies that this concern lay at the core of disinformation and such civil rights violations. He goes so far on pages 228-229 and 267 as to assert that Germans and others since then have been trying to build a time machine. I have heard such claims from other noteworthy sources, and will explore them within the bounds of open literature and my own speculation at Gravitics and Time Travel, Antigravity, and, in conjunction with the prophet Ezekiel's vision, at Time Machine.  From a religious perspective, time travel poses much greater problems than UFOs, aliens, or antigravity for the simple reason that it opens up the potential for manipulation of sacred scriptures.

     As for the size contrast between the two small astronauts, and tall "ET" as drawn, it is close to the size contrast that would be visible if small women astronauts (minimum height requirement is 4’10.5”) were to stand next to the tallest Basketball stars (up to 7’11.5”).  Of course, the B-2 is (at least partially, if not fully) an air-breathing jet, not a rocket, and the normal height limit on an astronaut is 6'4".  Clark's response to this is that perhaps the big fellow seen is  really one of the Nephilim or Anakim, that is, the giants mentioned in the Torah (Genesis 6:4, Numbers 13:33) and later with the story of Goliath.  Perhaps they became a space-faring race, and then returned to Earth.  Whoever he was, NASA (Never A Straight Answer?) obviously did not want the public to know about him or his ship.

         McClelland believes that some of more Nikola Tesla's exotic ideas are at the basis of some of our secret technological developments.  Clark's web site posts his credentials and claims.  For more about aliens and the Torah Code, see No Alien gods!  Links to Edgar Mitchell's radio shows on this topic are on his page.  The specific reference by Mitchell to Clark working at the Kennedy Space Center is at 29 minutes 27 seconds into the second, hour-long interview.

   In trying to figure out exactly what Clark saw, as Nick did in preparing his book, I have found it necessary to both interview people in critical positions, and at times to refrain from revealing their identity because of potential harm to them, their relatives, or to my own family.  Even when these people think they know what is really going on, I have found areas in their testimony that suggest they might have been misled, or in some cases,  are part of a disinformation effort themselves.  But the key to what they all have indicated lies somewhere in the artist's sketch at the bottom of this page (on the left). This issue is not just what Clark saw in 1992; but the physics that powers it, and (if antigravity) the applications of related technologies.

MAY 13, 2009 UPDATE: I met with Clark again on May 11, 2009, just across from the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) where we watched the liftoff of the STS-125/Atlantis on a mission to rescue the Hubble Space Telescope. Clark is plagued by denial of a pension after 32 years of service at KSC and Cape Canaveral.  While at the launch, I met other NASA old timers at the Space Walk of Fame Museum who confirmed Clark's credentials.  In fact, the Museum's web site lists Clark as a participant in the Mercury program (with Kaiser Steel), Gemini program (with the Martin Company, and Apollo program (with the Boeing Company). Clark is adamant about this, stating that he, "was assigned to all those programs by ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence)!!" I urge those who served with him and all others to write their congressmen to request further investigation into the issue of his retirement.  I also urge my readers to visit Clark's web site to contribute to his support.  This is not because I'm certain Clark has seen aliens (see discussion above about the B-2 or other alleged anti-gravity technology).  Rather, it's because I'm horrified that a patriotic American can be treated as he has been. If the Government felt that he had violated a security oath by talking about what he had accidently seen on the job, he should have been dealt with through due process of law.  Instead, he was made the Poster Boy for those with loose lips, shown the door, a lifetime of poverty, and made into a non-person.  Despite his appalling treatment, Clark remains a true American and dedicated NASA fan, who even though in great agony, manages to attend each and every Space Shuttle mission.  He has worked on or been at 657 rocket launches.

AUGUST 31, 2009 UPDATE: I am, despite many attempts to arrive at a clearer picture, still baffled by exactly what precipitated Clark's dismissal from NASA.  I thought that it was caused by the release his drawing, but I learned last month that the release did not occur until about a year ago, long after his 1992 dismissal.  There seems to be an indication that he went out of his way to see what was not permitted. The bottom line on Clark's explanation of his dismissal seems to be more related to what he saw (either at the Kennedy Space Center, or elsewhere) than to what he said or disclosed back in 1992.  As I told him, this does line up well with the Shut or we'll go after you policy that we normally expect in such situations.  If anything, punishing someone for what they saw would seem to be a way to ensure that they will eventually spill the beans in an effort to exert revenge for the injustice.  Clark participated in the 40th Anniversary of Apollo 17 festivities at KSC this week.  He had a hard time meeting with Edgar Mitchell, possibly because Mitchell is now nervous about what Clark has revealed, but he was able to meet with Buzz Aldrin.  Soon after this meeting, BUZZ CLAIMED THAT THERE IS A MONOLITH ON MARS!  See the link on UFO Disclosure below.  There is also a discussion at Alien Giants about whether or not NASA might have deliberately deceived Clark as part of a security test by planting a fake video in the control room.  However, at times Clark has mentioned a craft known as the TR-3B.  I am not sure if his mentioning it is related to personal knowledge, or merely because there is so much about it out in the internet.  The craft might explain what he saw behind the Space Shuttle in 1992, although his artist's rendition does not include the vertical stabilizer-like projections above the triangle wing seen in one video shot of it. Some still shots from that video are posted on my site with initial analysis.   Note that publication of this video does not mean that I endorse its authenticity, but it does seem to at least represent what a lot of people have reported seeing. There are, however, problems, that are potentially significant that I discuss in conjunction with figures 1B and 1C.  Based on those considerations, and the issue of fins that are not shown on Clark's picture, I don't think that the TR-3B and Clark's craft are identical, though similar technology may be at work if the video is not a piece of disinformation put out by our Government.

OCTOBER 12, 2009 UPDATE: CLARK AS AN ASTRONOMER.  

     As is discussed in greater detail on my son's web site under Martian Dust Devil Gedanken Experiment, Martian surface winds can gust to about 50 miles (80 km) per hour and, during dust storms can blow at over 300 miles (480 km) per hour. However how much force such winds can produce is directly related to the atmospheric pressure.  David Roffman shows that the pressure is likely one to two magnitudes higher than NASA asserts.  Dust storms can envelope the entire planet on Mars.

       What could power winds up to 300 miles per hour?  While not included on a site run by NASA which mentions that a typical (1 million square kilometer) dust storm moves at 33 to 66 miles per hour; perhaps the 300 mile per hour storms are driven by an asteroid impact. Here a critical piece of evidence is supplied by Clark McClelland who witnessed a flash on Mars, via the 13 inch Fitz-Clark refractor telescope at the Allegheny Observatory back in 1954.  He also sent us an article about Tsuneo Saheki of the Osaka Planetarium who was viewing a 5.3 inch disc of Mars through an 8 inch Newtonian telescope at 400 power (this article mentions Clark's observation too).  Saheki too claimed to see a a very small, extremely bright spot appear at 2100 Universal time on December 8, 1951. 

     While Clark thought he was witnessing a volcanic eruption in 1954, such an event would probably not be bright enough to see through a telescope, but an impact would be - if the impact were on the side of Mars facing the Earth.  If it were on the side facing away from Earth, then the incident would appear unexplained unless we had an orbiter at the right time and place.  There is an alternate theory out there based on observations by Thomas A. Dobbins that what Clark and others (Saheki on July 1, 1954; Ichiro Tasaka on November 21, 1958; and Dobbins on June 7 and 8, 2001) have seen at Edom Promontorium was a reflection off ice, but it does not offer us an explanation of what causes winds up to 300 mph.  Clark argues for a volcanic eruption and against an asteroid impact because asteroids are not likely to hit the same spot repeatedly, but other areas have had similar flares too (Tithonius Lacas in 1951 and 1958, northeast of Solis Lacus in 1958, Northern Hellas in 1958; and the same times as for Edom Promontorium even though the two areas are not close).  The dual flares at 13:35 and 13:50 Universal Time on November 21, 1958 at both Edom Promontorium and Northern Hellsas constitute the best evidence for an asteroid impact. 

       There was in Japan some speculation about a nuclear explosion or test on Mars as the U.S. had set off its biggest hydrogen bomb ever, a 15 megaton Bravo shot in the Castle series back in 1954.  However, there is no public knowledge of an American (or Russian) rocket that could carry such a warhead at that time (unless we were using a reconstructed version of what supposedly crashed near Roswell in 1947).  The world's first ICBM, the Russian R-7, did not fly until August 1957.  The largest bomb anyone ever tested on Earth was the Tsar Bomba.  That Russian blast on October 30, 1961, was equal to 58 megatons.  It sent out a shock wave that circled the Earth 3 times.  To see a Torah Codes matrix on this test, click H BOMB TEST.

     The research done by David Roffman, combined with observations by Clark, McClelland, Tsuneo Saheki, and others suggest that Mars is a very different world than is generally understood.  Given the nature of the craft that Clark witnessed behind the  Space Shuttle in orbit, and the pressure readings on Mars that are way too low to account for the abundant number of dust devils there (beginning at altitudes up to as high as 17 kilometers, where air pressure is only supposed to be one millibar) we have good reason to believe stories about a secret space program that already has Americans (and perhaps others) on Mars.  If so, we know why this Governments drags its feet so much about a public effort to land on the Red Planet.  It simply is not yet ready to face the theological and political consequences of how the public will react to such a massive, prolonged, and questionably funded disinformation program. 

     DO NOT MISS the new evidence presented in the report by David Roffman, who is a sophomore at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a major in Space Physics.  David has the job of doing detailed analysis of topics that have been suggested by Torah Code matrices, but his analyses focus on the appropriate science rather than on the statistical significance of Code matrices.  With respect to space, David's report entitled THE CASE FOR HIGHER THAN ADVERTISED MARTIAN AIR PRESSURE calls into question traditional  understanding of (low) Martian atmospheric pressure.  His report has prompted an invitation to present his findings before the Mars Society Convention in the summer of 2010. It appears that he has uncovered serious errors in equipment design and data interpretation for U.S. missions to Mars.  The implications of higher than advertised pressure on Mars would be profound. The link just provided is to Part  1 of a 7-part report that represents a year of intense research.  David mentions Clark on his web site in conjunction with Martian flares.

APRIL 19, 2010 UPDATE

   Recently Clark allowed me to view and assist in editing a chapter for a book that he’d like to publish.  I will not steal his thunder, and hope that he succeeds in finding a publisher soon.  The reader is advised to follow Clark’s web site for a possible on-line sample of the chapter.  All that I will say about it here is that, if true, UFOs were seen by more lunar astronauts than Buzz Aldrin and Edgar Mitchell.  The chapter details conversations that Clark held with an astronaut who is no longer alive.  Clark does a lot of speculation about the nature and/or purpose of the UFOs seen there.  I have urged him to reduce the conjecture, and to largely stick with the facts, allowing his readers to draw whatever conclusions they deem appropriate.  If Clark puts up an article about the revelation revealed, I will provide a link to it here, however he is concerned about the effects of releasing the information in question. There are issues pertaining to the current health of at least one astronaut with the alleged encounter, and about invasion of privacy for three families involved.  I understand that he will will publish something new this week, and that he will charge readers $5.00 for access.  I haven't read what he is talking about, but I would recommend making the small investment requested.
