WILLIAM BARR WILL INVESTIGATE OBAMA AND CLINTON
Let's hope William Barr doesn't turn out to be Don Quixote charging wind mills. Rather, may he take the wind out of all treasonous Democrat sails. Updated on 5/10/2019.
There are a very high number of 8-letter ELSs in Torah for Attorney General WILLIAM BARR whose name (at ELS rank 2) is the axis term on Figure 1. The name occurs 20 times in unwrapped Torah (one computer pass through 304,805 letters of Torah) and 165 times in wrapped Torah (multiple passes). Figure 1 is the result of an attempt to match up William Barr at a low skip with people who I think are deserving of a criminal investigation into the Russian collusion hoax (I'll state why in my conclusion). Originally I had only posted results for Barr at ELS ranks 19 and 22, but normally I like to work with lower ELS ranks, preferably not over 5. Figure 1 shows the results for ELS rank 2 with a self-imposed limit of 500 letters in area. There were other names of interest found when I expanded the matrix more, but I was curious to see what would come up at special case skips of +/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term. Key words or names found are indicated on the chart with a communist flag. At special case skips are RUSSIAN at skip -1, BARACK at skip -1, MUELLER at skip +1, COMEY at skip 3,148, and N. (for Nellie) OHR at skip -3,148. Not at a special case skip but in the 484-letter area is LYNCH. It turned out that Figure 1 was the most significant matrix discovered for WILLIAM BARR. It was found against odds of about 38,478,501 to 1.

STATISTICAL AND POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 2. WILLIAM BARR at ELS rank 19 is the axis term on Figure 2. The most significant a priori term is TO INVESTIGATE at a special case skip (the absolute skip of the axis term) which was found this way against odds of about 598 to 1. One of four (5-letter) spellings sought for CLINTON was found at skip -1 against odds of about 11 to 1. PRESIDENT was seen in the open text against odds of about 9.3 to 1. It appears that Barr will investigate those who attempted to carry out a coup against President Trump - with the ring leaders being Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. BARACK is at a special case skip (-1) against odds of about 2.3 to 1. If we counted AND (the letter vav) that follows his name then the odds would be altered to about 75 to 1 (see the second spreadsheet for this matrix), but the AND was really only found a posteriori and thus should not be included in the odds even though it touches TO INVESTIGATE and helps to point to a second criminal who should have been imprisoned for having an illegal server at her home and for transmitting top secret classified information that was in fact hacked - (Hillary Clinton). An argument might also be made for neligent homicide of our Ambassador to Libya and three others in the Benghazi incident. In the case there is an ELS of HILLARY on the matrix. It was found against odds of about 4.45 to 1. There was an ELS of Hillary that was found at skip -1. It is one of three such finds in Torah (there are no such finds at skip +1), but to combine WILLIAM BARR with TO INVESTIGATE and this HILLARY requires a matrix of 1,449 letters (21 rows by 69 columns) which is larger than I normally allow.
Figure 2 was found against combined odds of about 33,622 to 1.

STATISTICAL AND POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 3. On Figure 3 WILLIAM BARR al ELS rank 22 is the axis term. COMEY and RUSSIAN both appear at the absolute skip of WILLIAM BARR while the two primary traitors/colluders - B. OBAMA and CLINTON are both found at skip -1. RUSSIAN shares a letter resh with SENTENCE WHICH THEY WILL DECLARE. That phrase overlaps one spelling of COMEY which touches MUELLER. CLINTON shares a letter nun with NADLER who is currently trying to get Barr to testify in humiliating fashion about the Mueller Report. I looked at the matrix three ways to see what the best way to analyze it was The sections with white and yellow backgrounds were most significant. CLINTON and NADLER were not worth the expansion from 589 letters to 1,457 letters to see. The 589-letter matrix was found against odds of about 70,376 to 1.

2. JAMES COMEY
3. LORETTA LYNCH. Bill Clinton met then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the west side of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport between 7 and 8 PM on June 27, 2016. Just days before Hillary Rodham Clinton was to be interviewed by the FBI about her mishandling of classified emails, the former president intercepted the AG on her plane. Was it just a “casual” and “unscheduled” encounter, as the head spokesperson for the Department of Justice maintained? Or was the former president stalking Lynch to urge her to go easy on his wife?
"There was no discussion of any matter pending for the department or any matter pending for any other body. There was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of the State Department emails, by way of example," she said in Phoenix, according to the AP.
Many reporters asked her if the meeting was appropriate given that the FBI is investigating the potential mishandling of classified information on Hillary Clinton's private server.
Lynch deflected those questions, according to the AP, and said the investigation is being conducted by career investigators and agents "who always follow facts and the law."
In the wake of that meeting, Lynch had to convene working groups to determine whether she needed to recuse herself from the Hillary probe. She untimately decided against recusal, but said she would accept the decision of career staff and the FBI (FBI Director James Comey) on whether to prosecute.
4. ROBERT MUELLER. Robert Mueller should have recused himself from the Comey investigation. Mueller and Comey have been friends for more than 15 years. 28 USC Section 528 provides:
The Attorney General shall promulgate rules and regulations which require the disqualification of any officer or employee of the Department of Justice, including a United States attorney or a member of such attorney's staff, from participation in a particular investigation or prosecution if such participation may result in a personal, financial, or political conflict of interest, or the appearance thereof. Such rules and regulations may provide that a willful violation of any provision thereof shall result in removal from office.
28 CFR Section 45.2 provides in part:
Disqualification arising from personal or political relationship.
(a) Unless authorized under paragraph (b) of this section, no employee shall participate in a criminal investigation or prosecution if he has a personal or political relationship with:
(1) Any person or organization substantially involved in the conduct that is the subject of the investigation or prosecution; or
(2) Any person or organization which he knows has a specific and substantial interest that would be directly affected by the outcome of the investigation or prosecution ...
(c) For the purposes of this section:
(2) Personal relationship means a close and substantial connection of the type normally viewed as likely to induce partiality. ... Whether relationships (including friendships) of an employee to other persons (outside his or her family) or organizations are "personal" must be judged on an individual basis with due regard given to the subjective opinion of the employee.

5. JERRY NADLER. As White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said on May 8, 2019, House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) is asking Attorney General Bill Barr to "break the law" by asking for documents they have no legal authority to. Sanders said Nadler is acting absurd and should be "embarrassed" for his behavior. "Chairman Nadler is asking the Attorney General of the United States to break the law and commit a crime by releasing information that he knows he has no legal authority to have."
Nadler is not interested in finding the truth about William Barr. Nor is his concern for the welfare of America. He is abusing his power to go after President Trump, a personal enemy that he has fought with since the late 1980s.
6. BARACK OBAMA. Obama is the greatest traitor in world history. His Iran Nuclear Accord gave $151.7 billion to Iran so they can build nuclear weapons or buy them from North Korea. His goal is simple. Help Iran to nuke America and Israel. Much of the Torah Code seems designed to focus on this guy, and indeed OBAMA is encoded at the same skip as ATOMIC HOLOCAUST. President Trump is doing his best to slow down the threat from Iran, but it remains to be seen as to whether he can stop what Obama has funded.
7. NELLI OHR. Justice Department official Bruce Ohr’s wife — met with Trump dossier author and former British spy Christopher Steele the day before the FBI launched its Trump-Russia investigation. A newly released congressional transcript reveals her research on connections between Russia and President Trump, the Trump family, and Trump associates while she worked at Fusion GPS. She declined to answer most questions about her husband, who served as an unofficial back channel between Steele and the FBI.

9. JOHN BRENNAN - Who voted Communist in 1976, yet went on to become Trump's CIA Director.
10. JAMES CLAPPER. Clapper is a retired lieutenant general in the United States Air Force and is the former Director of National Intelligence. Clapper has held several key positions within the United States Intelligence Community. He served as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) from 1992 until 1995. He was the first director of defense intelligence within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and simultaneously the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.[3] He served as the director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) from September 2001 until June 2006.
On June 5, 2010, President Barack Obama nominated Clapper to replace Dennis C. Blair as United States Director of National Intelligence. Clapper was unanimously confirmed by the Senate for the position on August 5, 2010.
Following the June 2013 leak of documents detailing the NSA practice of collecting telephone metadata on millions of Americans' telephone calls, Clapper was accused of perjury for telling a congressional committee hearing that the NSA does not collect any type of data on millions of Americans earlier that year. He should have been prosecuted for this crime. One senator asked for his resignation, and a group of 26 senators complained about Clapper's responses under questioning. In November 2016, Clapper resigned as director of national intelligence, effective at the end of President Obama's term.
14. BRUCE OHR. Ohr served as the Justice Department contact for Christopher Steele, the former MI6 agent commissioned to author the Trump–Russia dossier; the men first met in 2007.[10] The dossier was prepared, under a contract to the DNC and the Clinton campaign, by the opposition research firm Fusion GPS. According to a Republican-led investigation, during the 2016 election, Fusion GPS hired Bruce's wife, Nellie Ohr, an independent contractor and Russia specialist, to conduct "research and analysis" of Donald Trump.[11][13][14
16. BILL PRIESTAP. From the end of 2015 to the end of 2018, Bill Priestap was assistant director of the FBI's Counterintelligence Division, which meant he oversaw the FBI’s global counterintelligence efforts. In that role, he managed both of the bureau’s most politically sensitive investigations: the inquiry into Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information and the probe into whether Donald Trump or his campaign conspired with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election. His testimony provides rare insight into the attitudes and thoughts of officials who launched the Russia probe and the probe of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, whose final report is expected to be released very soon.
More important, his testimony contains extensive indications of wrongdoing, including that the FBI and DoJ targeted Trump and did so with information it made no effort to verify. It paints a portrait of the Obama-era bureau as one that was unconcerned with political interference in investigations and was willing to enlist the help of close foreign allies to bring down its target. And, perhaps presaging a defense to Barr’s claim that American officials had spied on the Trump campaign, it showcases the euphemisms that can be used to disguise “spying.”
19. GLENN SIMPSON. He used his 5th ammendment rights to keep Congress from hearing about his criminal activity. The Clinton campaign hired a law firm that hired Glenn Simpson who hired a foreigner (Steele) and also the wife of a top Government official, Nelli Ohr to put togeter a fake document that Nelli Ohr's husband Bruce Ohr gave to the FBI. The FBI then used that as an excuse to go spy of the Trump campaign. You can listen to Rep. Jordan discuss all this here.
20. CHRISOPHER STEELE. Steele (born 24 June 1964) is a British former intelligence officer with the Secret Intelligence Service MI6 from 1987 until his retirement in 2009. He ran the Russia desk at MI6 headquarters in London between 2006 and 2009. In 2009 he co-founded Orbis Business Intelligence, a London-based private intelligence firm.
Steele authored a dossier that claims Russia collected a file of compromising information on U.S. President Donald Trump.[2][3]
22. SALLEY YATES. Following the inauguration of Donald Trump and the departure of Attorney General Loretta Lynch on January 20, 2017, Yates served as Acting Attorney General for 10 days. She was dismissed for insubordination by President Trump on January 30, after she instructed the Justice Department not to make legal arguments defending Executive Order 13769, which temporarily banned the admission of refugees and barred travel from certain Muslim-majority countries. Rather than defend it, Yates stated the order was neither defensible in court nor consistent with the Constitution. Before being fired Yates warned the Trump Administration that National Security Advisor Michael Flynn was not truthful about contacts with Russia related to sanctions, claiming that he was vulnerable to blackmail by Russian intelligence.
