LOUISIANA OIL SPILL DISASTER

A better matrix about the oil disaster of April 20, 2010, is posted on my site at Halliburton and Oil. 

     On the above matrix, the axis term (first term sought) was LOUISIANA. This 9-letter term is shown at its lowest ELS (skip 75876) in wrapped Torah (which requires more than 1 computer pass through the 304,805 letters of Torah).  8 letters left of it is OIL in the open text.  Sharing the last letter of LOUISIANA is DISASTER (it also means HOLOCAUST).  THE SEA is at skip -2.  The Hebrew year of the disaster, 5770 (2010), is at skip 4.  I looked for terrorist-related terms and Bin Laden on matrix, but they required excessive expansion of the matrix to see.  While not found on this particular matrix, I found a combination of oil holocaust (shin mem nun shin vav alef hey) at skip -2319 with a 7-letter term for terrorism (alef yud mem tav nun vav tav) at skip 2317 in a 551-letter matrix. However, I did not find other key words in the latter matrix without expanding it. Louisiana, a hurricane-prone state, suffers many disasters (like Katrina).  So there may be other disasters that fit the axis term here than this particular oil spill.  By May 8th, 2010 the best guess was that the explosion was linked to methane.  Two Hebrew transliterations for METHANE are on the matrix.  At best (as is shown on the spreadsheet below) the p value of this matrix is about .0233 (which is about 1 chance in 42).  

     There were 3,858 oil and gas rigs in the Gulf of Mexico -in 2006.  Many are staffed by foreign workers. They are an enormous target of opportunity of terrorists. The U.S. Government, over several administrations, has not fulfilled its obligation to protect any interests of than those of Big Oil.  The spill of April 20, 2010 threatens to destroy an enormous percent of U.S. fish waters, wildlife.  It can decimate property values all along the U.S. Gulf and even  Atlantic coasts.  It will certainly drive up the price of oil.  Thus these rigs represent a real force multiplier if unsupervised.  

    The spill comes just a few weeks after the Obama Administration agreed to open up vast tracks of U.S. coastal waters to offshore drilling. Rather than study the issue, the U.S. needs to break its dependence on oil.  One way to do this is to adopt the technology of using electric cars that can have their batteries switched out faster than people can fill their cars with gasoline  This technology is just becoming publically available now in ISRAEL, which in the open text runs directly through LOUISIANA on the matrix displayed above).  The company that manufactures both the car and infrastructure to support it is named Better Place.
